I couldn't tell you how the food was. As I walked by today (Sun Feb 25 2025 - between 1-3 PM) and was about to grab a 4 pack I noticed the woman vaping behind the counter. Worst part is in trying to hide it she blew her 'smoke' on some buns/dough.. unintentionally, however still disgusting... I passed and I really hope you do to until people can learn some respect.

Had a pack of 4 Cinnabons on the counter and wouldn't sell it to me. Seems strange/lazy, like don't you wanna make more money?

I would rate it a 3 1/2 if I can. The cinnamon rolls are usually a hit and miss, on a good day it absolutely amazing.

They refuse to accept gift cards. On 8/22/23 at 5:30 pm they were sold out of CinnaPacks and refused to make any more available for the day.

love this place. they have a way of running the business properly since it's privately owned and aren't funded by outside sources. sometimes they are out of product but they usually post a sign or let you know what's available. great customer service to the kind customers. just stop coming with all that negativity. they work so hard and juggle a lot. just because you can go buy a cinnamon roll in 60 seconds doesn't mean they took 60 seconds to make so have some consideration for their time and effort. if you want something that's not time consuming, fresh, and made with love, go to walmart and get a can of pillsbury rolls. the girls here are amazing and the manager is very friendly when he is there. love the manager angelica! she's so sweet :)

The cinnamon rolls were fairly fresh and the cashier was friendly.

Terrible customer service, whoever the white lady was today at 530 needs to be fired. Wanted to charge $15 more because they were out boxes for the 6pack.

I took my disabled mom so she could get her hair done. She wanted to get some Cinnabons so I was going to get a four pack. Their sign says four packs are $17 and some change. The cashier, Jen, said they were sold out and points to a sign. This made no sense to me. I said don't you have a box to put four cinnamon rolls in. She said more would be ready in about five minutes and then she could do that. We came back a few minutes later, stood in line again, and Jen made a four pack for us. She rang them up and it was about five dollars more so I said that is not the right price for four packs. She said four packs are sold out and she has to charge me the individual price for four. I pointed out that this was a four pack right here. Then she tells me that these are fresh and fresh rolls can't be sold for the four pack price. The reason for the lower price is those are not fresh. Nowhere does the sign say four packs are not fresh so I wonder how many people don't realize they are buying stale rolls. Silly me, I thought the four pack was a lower price because that is often the case if you buy a bulk amount. Jen also did not tell me that I would be charged a different price for a fresh box of rolls. She didn't seem to see a reason to do that. Her attitude became do you want them or not. Finally the assistant manager, Angelica, comes over and basically says this is how we do things. I said I don't know who else they could sell them too since Jen put a piece of tissue paper in the box with her bare hands and proceeded to carefully smooth it out with her bare hands. Then she grabbed a pen from a jar and proceeded to poke holes in the top with the pen for ventilation because they were hot. Angelica says she just won't sell them then but I didn't see her throw them away before we left. My mom decided she didn't like their attitude or their deceptive practices and changed her mind about us getting them. I asked Angelica for a customer service email but they don't have one. It is a franchise. She gave me the phone number of her boss but said he would just tell me the same thing and back up everything they did. I don't feel comfortable just calling up some stranger so I posted a review instead. These two women could really care less about customer service and there is a lot of deceptiveness in what they are selling and what the prices are. It wasn't even that the price change was a big deal. It was the bait and switch and take or leave it attitude.

Shut down by Dept of Health. That's not good. Makes you wonder what gross stuff was going on behind the counter. See pic.
