We have been enjoying Covabrelli for several years now. Where else can you have delicious coffee delivered to your door the day after it is roasted? The coffee is so good that it tastes like the aroma as it is ground. Our guests always ask where we get the coffee and decline cream and sugar because there are no harsh acid or bitter tastes. Since finding them many many years ago, I haven't purchased coffee from anywhere else. Before moving to Olympia I used to work at a local coffee roaster and became spoiled to beans that were expertly roasted and fresh. Covabrelli did not disappoint in meeting my standards. After being exposed to the many different flavors that properly sourced and freshly roasted beans can provide you when enjoying a black cup of coffee, it's hard to find a match. I recently passed on Covabrelli to my office mates. They claim that American coffee it too burned, too harsh. I bought some Peloton at Ralph's downtown with a cool resealable container and brought them some. They proclaimed them to be fantastic and filled their espresso grind to brew machine with Covabrelli. I have it in my Breville at home and it is very pleasant to drink a great cup time after time. My only problem is my cup keeps getting empty, what is with that?
