I am a very frequent flyer at dairy Queen and there is a young lady named Skyler who every time I have ever had any issues has jumped to help me never complains always has a beautiful glowing smile on her face she has been an absolute dream to work with because any issues she is on it I highly recommend dairy Queen especially when this young lady is working every time I have come in there and she's in there my order is made correctly and impeccably but when she's not in there I can definitely tell the atmosphere is just different she has been an absolute dream to work with and she is amazing as an employee I give her a very big round of applause again her name is Skyler

I stopped by last week while visiting family in Lacey, and the customer service truly stood out. Edgar, the young man at the front, was incredibly patient with my daughter and even offered helpful suggestions on which Blizzard she might like best. We were a large group, but never felt rushed—Edgar took the time to make sure our entire order was accurate. Everything was fresh, and the desserts were absolutely delicious. A great experience all around! Thank you Edgar for being so kind and making my first ever Dairy Queen visit so memorable.

I had a few issues but they worked very hard to make it right after that their service has been impeccable I'm a very frequent flyer there and I will continue to be the majority of the staff is very on top of the game very friendly sweet always smiling I gave them a five star because I couldn't give them better on service

Yum - good ice cream cones. Good prompt friendly service. I like McDonald’s and Burger King. Also, but going inside for service is not a good experience. They are so busy taking care of the drive-through that the in-store service is very lacking at both of those locations. Whereas it is still good here.

I feel the oil both the chicken strips and FF were cooked in could of been changed. The employees on the other hand were amazing.
