My first time in here. The employees are not welcoming at all. Was browsing for a while nobody came to ask if I needed help or looking for something particular. Finally decided on 2 bags of product. After checking out not a single thank you or anything, he wouldn't even say the total of my purchase. Only reason for the 2 stars, because they have a good selection of teas. Not sure if I will go back again

Beautiful tea shop with wonderful tasting teas. Chocolate shop is all pre-packaged sweets so 4 stars for the combo. 5 for the lovely teas. -1 for the candy shop for being a bit of a disappointment.

I love these two hole in the wall shops. Downtown Oly has so many hidden gems!! The associates at the chocolate shop were very friendly, the store has so many options but it is quite spendy. The associates at the tea shop didn't even acknowledge me and made me feel dumb for asking questions, no good. I liked all the options of the each and the prices were fair.

Incredible selection of high quality tea leaves both loose leaf and pouched of many flavors; extensive chocolate selection from all kinds of places; friendly staff, and good prices for what you get. My only qualm is I wish the preference for customers to use the small provided baskets (which I didnt notice as they were behind me as I entered) was more clear, as it was embarrassing to use my own bag and only be told they can't have ppl using their own bags until I was checking out. I understand why they can't have that, but it did make me hesitate to go back as I'm an anxious person. It felt a bit like getting scolded for something that wasn't clearly expressed or marked and in a natural line of sight inside the store.
