Very helpful people if you need to find resources in the area, these people are amazing and offer a lot of services themselves.

Getting in Coordinated’s entry was the only simple process in this. As far as communication goes it’s a hit and miss. I still haven’t been assigned a case manager after almost a year of being on this Coordinated’s entry, they claimed they called me about housing but really it was for a survey and have proof. Very disappointing this is the only place to look up to when I’ve been homeless with my children this long.

Let down so badly and dangerously they let me walk to the place of harm after scoring a full scale HEAT assessment with no follow up care. Disgusted

Family support center has been working with and helping my family for the last five years. They might not answer right away all the time but they are very helpful when you do get ahold of them and they have helped my family with more resources and getting out of homelessness years ago and even helped me pay rent at my place for a little bit. I can't express how thankful and appreciative I am of fscss for everything that they have done for me and my family.

This place is a joke my daughter has been trying for over a year to get housing she is homeless on the streets with three little kids the youngest being 8 months old... They don't return calls they say they put her name on a "list" or for her to go to the shelter Pear Blossom which turns her away saying they are full!!! Even CPS has tried contacting them with no response!!! I'm appalled at the service she has received!!! They have all the funding they need to help her get housing yet no response so sad!!!

My wife called twice and left messages,no one called back. She wanted to donate cases of depends diapers and pull ups for adults. Guess they don't need them or want them. Disappointed, but not surprised after reading some of the other reviews.

At FSCSS your voice is heard. Your family is valued, VALID and worthy! The wonderful people that work here exude such passion, you can't help but be inspired, to be in awe! From safe housing to summer camp for children recovering from DV, homelessness, PTSD etc.. the lists go on and on... these are the angels among us. Thank you!
