I haven't been to Fiesta Taco in quite awhile. Stopped by to pick my fav items; carnitas tacos with rice and refried beans. The beans are Devine. They have a deep flavor with a hint of smoke. The tacos are simple with a huge amount of flavor. The Corn tortillas that are slightly crispy with a little char on them. Almost like pizza. The folks that run this truck are super friendly. I ordered 3 tacos w rice and beans. Such a bargain at a little over $14.

This place went through a bad moment, but I've been there a few times lately and I can confidently say that they got their groove back! I'm super stoked because they've been my favorite taco truck in town for several years now and they happen to be pretty close to home. If you had a few bad experiences and have been hesitant to give it another shot, i would say you should give them a go.

So I have been going to this truck for quite awhile. Their food use to be a lot better. The little skinny guy has been some what rude before but this evening was way over the top. He was evidently angry that I couldn’t understand what his coworker was telling me. He said just take it in anger and kind of threw my order at me. The lady waiting behind me was shocked at him also. Besides that, the food was not good and they gave me steak instead of the chicken I ordered. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would also recommend the guy in the truck take some anger management classes, he could get hurt in this world with an attitude like this.

Ordered the fiesta burrito, it was 70% rice. When I did get to the meat it was good, but it was basically a “meat accented” rice burrito. They also acted like I was an annoyance when I came up to the window, so don’t expect good service.

I felt the need to say. I used to love this truck. It was one of my favorites, but the last couple of times, the food has been getting worse. Yesterday was so disappointing that I will not be returning. I ordered two of the super burritos, which were supposed to have everything in them, including sour cream and avocado. Our burritos were mostly rice, almost completely just rice....
What happened to this place? I used to have a 5 star review for it here, but the last two times I've been there it was terrible. Last time I ordered a chorizo burrito with extra cilantro. It had no cilantro and no beans. It was literally just rice, and chorizo that tasted like dog food. I'm not kidding, the chorizo was like nasty breakfast sausage you would buy in the frozen food section at the grocery store. For $12. Never again.

Stay away from the enchiladas - they were pretty embarrassingly bad - I don’t think they were baked beforehand .., it was like lightly heated up corn tortillas with some chicken wrapped in them witha little cheeses and sauce kind of heated up and the amount a beans and rice was lacking .., I’ve had there burritos and they’ve been good but wow.., and the avocado were pretty brown and lacking .
