As far as taco trucks go this one checks all the right boxes, price, flavor, service. Probably some of the best El Pastor I've ever had, the meats are choice, never had a grissely piece and the chicken is cubed, seasoned and actually flavorful. Definitely worth the extra distance I travel to go here. Only complaint and it's on me, forgetting their yummy salsas and hot sauce.
I haven't been to Fiesta Taco in quite awhile. Stopped by to pick my fav items; carnitas tacos with rice and refried beans. The beans are Devine. They have a deep flavor with a hint of smoke. The tacos are simple with a huge amount of flavor. The Corn tortillas that are slightly crispy with a little char on them. Almost like pizza. The folks that run this truck are super friendly. I ordered 3 tacos w rice and beans. Such a bargain at a little over $14.
I plan to review Ninevah shortly, more than likely best scratch kitchen in Oly. But we shall see.
Thos burrito truck does the burrito way well, highly recommend to any vanlifer.
