Mt. Fuji Japanese Steak House

This is my favorite place to eat. Great food, great service. Price is right. Lots of yummy food cooked to your liking. Definitely recommend going.

We have been here multiple times and have always had a great experience! The chefs, waiters, and every person that works there are always very welcoming and friendly. Food has always been of great quality. The amount of food you get for the price is great. We recommend this for anyone looking for a Teppanyaki experience!

A bug came on top of our area crawling around. The cook informed someone and they talked about it for a bit but didn’t say anything else after like nothing happened. Could barely eat my food.

Service was quick to serve us our food, the soup and sald were great and so was our main dish. The chef who prepared our food did not interact with us a whole bunch and mainly spoke to the other family at the table. I wish we had more of a show during our meal and time at the table. Other than that it was okay.

We went on a Saturday shortly after opening and was surprised it was empty was seated right away. We ordered the filet and scallops meal for 2 and we were not disappointed. It comes with amazing onion soup, salad, fried rice, veggies with noodles, shrimp, filet, scallops and dessert of ice cream. The chef was amazing and funny. He cooked our food to perfection and seasoned amazingly. I highly recommend going here the food was amazing and service impeccable. We will be making Mt. Fuji part of our favorite restaurants in Lacey.

Quick service. We came in on a Saturday night, & it was very mellow in there. By far the best japanese steakhouse we have been to, HUGE portions, delicious food, the chef was hilarious, & our server was so kind and helpful. Try the Punch, it was a hit with my husband. It may seem a bit pricey. But with how much food you get/the experience i would say its worth it. Were from eastern WA, & similar places charge just as much or more, & give you less food.

We were greated by such a friendly waitress named, Kyong. I currently have a brooen foot and she was beyond helpful to sit me at an easier location at the Hibachi table. I started with an apple martini, delish, perfect amount of sweet to alcohol ratio. Kiyoshi was our hibachi chef and he was HILARIOUS! I highly recommend him if you are able to ask for him. We ordered steak and shrimp with EXTRA yum yum sauce. Such a fun experience for a holiday, random date or to treat the family. We will be back aooner than later!

I would not recommend this place. The food had very little flavor, and they did not cut the fat off the chicken or the stake. The cooks need help.

Food and environment is always good and on point. Definitely reccomend the steak and shrimp combo.
