I have stopped at this coffee shop on and off for a few years, and unfortunately the service and reliability have declined. During my last several visits, I’ve been told they didn’t have the correct lids or cups for my drink. On multiple occasions they’ve also been out of straws, meaning the blended drinks I ordered couldn’t be consumed unless I switched to my own cup. Today I placed a large order online, and when I arrived I was told they have not had cup holders “for a while.” Given the size of my order and the fact that it was placed in advance, I found this especially disappointing. What made the experience worse was the staff laughing as I struggled to find a way to carry all of the drinks without spilling them. This felt unprofessional and dismissive. Please see the attached photo. If you expect to receive your order as advertised and prepared appropriately, I recommend choosing a different Gravity location.

Coffee was bitter and gross. Asked for honey in iced Americano and the barista didn't even bother to mix the honey with the hot espresso first. Better off going to a cheaper, better coffee stand.

First time any Gravity Coffee has ever served bad coffee in my travels. My Oatmilk Latte tasted like bad metallic drip coffee. Threw it out, at my next stop I got great coffee from Northwest Grind at Capital Mall. 😒

He was so patient and helpful when it came to finding what drinks my kids were talking about. amazing service and great atmosphere, he seemed very experienced and was able to get us our drinks so fast. Truly a great experience, will definitely come by again and hope he’s working !!

I doordashed coffee from this place and when I received it , i was expecting the wonders of good coffee but when I first took a sip, it tasted like literal throw up that I spit it out so quickly wondering what that was because it sure wasn't coffee and I don't know who woke up grumpy and decided to ruin everyone elses day but that is so childish. Unless someone there doesn't know how to make a simple iced coffee then they should pursue their job to somewhere else and should be banned from all coffee shops cause this coffee was so disgusting.

Drinks are good, however, service skills suck. They're sloppy when they put the lid on my drink, and their cake pops are not that good.I prefer to get your cake pops from starbucks...
I really love this coffee stand! Their coffee tastes amazing, and it’s always made just right. It’s the perfect spot to grab a quick cup in the morning or when I need a little pick-me-up. Friendly service and great flavors every time!

My husband and I came through wanting some coffee but they have very little amount of syrup flavors and I ended up just getting a shake with some espresso shots in it. We ordered and paid for a 24 oz protein peanut butter banana shake for my husband but he was only given a 16 oz and the girl we ordered from had walked away immediately even with my husband trying to say something. This place is way too expensive to get coffee at without even good service.

Don’t even waste your time swinging by here in the morning. Baristas too busy talking to their friends in the drive thru and taking 10 minutes to make a single latte. Not efficient for grabbing a morning coffee.
