I've been trying to call this establishment for days. I bought a coffee and they charged me $24 on my statement. I don't have a way to get a hold of anybody, because they have their phone line off the hook and my carrier says that they are busy. They can't be busy 24 hours a day, several days in a row. I will be filing a chargeback if the merchant doesn't get a hold of me right away, and I will be contacting a better business bureau. This is fraudulent activity and it is not okay. Also, pick up your phone. Shame on you.

Sometimes decent, usually awful these days. Consistently overcharges me and then doesn't make my drinks correctly 😕 I used to go every day but after these past few weeks, I'd rather go anywhere else if I can help it. Staff make it seem like its such a problem to make drinks on their menu with slight substitutions (milk chocolate instead of white, coconut milk instead of cream)😕 one of the last times I went there they underfilled my protein shake by almost 2 inches when I complained and asked her if she could finish filling it please, she glared at me and ripped the drink out of my husband's hand to fill it, spilled the stuff down the sides hella and handed it back so roughly that it was dripping like crazy 😕 next time we came by (hoping the normal girls were there) she was there and we just flat out left. Also, make sure they're actually putting in your #, we've had multiple occasions over the last month where they didn't put in our number and we didn't get our points. It sucks that their service went so far downhill in the last month or so 😕 we used to spend $100+ there a week 😕

This location is my family's favorite! The staff members are so fun and super kid friendly! They'll remember my little man's "frosting" (just whipped cream in a cup) every time I forget. They'll even bring your order to your car whenever there's a line! I highly recommend Gravity Coffee!!

Stopped here for the first time on my way to work. I ordered a Mango smoothie, and a muffin top. The smoothie tasted nothing like mango, and it had a weird chemical taste to it. I drank less than half of it and tossed the rest out. The muffin top was just okay. Maybe their coffee is good, I don't know, I haven't tried it. All I know is I spent $12 on a 16 oz smoothie and a muffin top. Their smoothies have to be made from some powder or something. They aren't real fruit at all, and they are gross. I don't get how you can charge almost $7 for a smoothie that doesn't have fruit in it. The service was fine. They weren't overly friendly, but they weren't rude.
