I came by with my wife and kids and i can’t thank Kevin enough. He was so patient and helpful when it came to finding what drinks my kids were talking about. amazing service and great atmosphere, he seemed very experienced and was able to get us our drinks so fast. Truly a great experience, will definitely come by again and hope he’s working !!
Kevin, makes Gravity Olympia great! Every time I come through, he greets me with a smile on his face and genuine energy. He always asks how I’m doing and makes me feel welcome right away. He goes out of his way to be helpful, offers great recommendations, and makes the whole experience here even better. If you’re lucky enough to have Kevin help you, you’ll see exactly what I mean. Drinks are good, however, service skills suck. They're sloppy when they put the lid on my drink, and their cake pops are not that good.I prefer to get your cake pops from starbucks...
