First time. Definitely won't be the last. Service was prompt, product was beyond delicious.

They need Boba straws instead of those reg drinking straws, the bobas kept getting stuck in the straw and we couldn't really enjoy our drink. It was our first time and showed up at near closing time and so we'll have to go at a earlier time to get a better experience with them.

Hooooly moly this is some of the best bubble tea and bubble waffles we've ever had and we are huge bubble tea drinkers. 10/10 had the mango match smoothie and the match waffle with taro cream. The cream was like mildly salted and it really sent it over the edge. Definitely coming back.

The lady at the counter was on her phone facing me and didn’t notice me for a hot minute! Had to come back 3 times because they didn’t give me everything from my online order. 1 didnt hand me a straw 2 forgot the waffle 3rd time forgot the side cream for the waffle. I would start hiring employees here that ACTUALLY want to work and provide good customer service. I felt like a wall to them. They aren’t active listeners or seem to be aware of their surroundings. Very disappointed with the service here.

Honestly way too addicted to this place! It’s super good lots of options!

I'm not a boba drinker but my daughter is. She loves the drinks and the prices the lobby is always very clean and there customer service is always great. Clean restrooms.

I regularly picked up DoorDash orders here and finally decided to give them a shot last week since I'm an avid Boba lover. I've gone everyday for the last 5 days. If I could get an entire cup of just salted cheese I would. The milk tea is always the perfect temperature even without ice and the Boba texture is on point. I'm hooked. 🤣

This was an experience like no other! I had no idea what bubble waffles were before I came here and I’m glad to say I will be a returning customer! They are so light and airy, paired with the puff creams?! They’re absolutely delicious. We ordered an original waffle, an Oreo waffle, and original and Oreo puff creams. Our favorite combination was the original waffle with the Oreo puff cream. Happy Lemon is a very cute setting with nice decorations. We will be returning!

Ordered 5 drinks and got the rudest cashier..she was rude about the fact that I was even ordering a drink and didn't scan my App code and told me "after" "after" therfore I didn't get any points for that big 43 dollar order. Good drinks, shitty staff. 3/10 on customer service.

My first time here was not great because I wasn’t treated well when asking about their dairy-free options. It’s an intolerance, and even if it was a personal choice, no one should be treated poorly because of a dietary restriction. I understand certain powders/solutions already have dairy in them, but every place I’ve been to has been different, so I always ask. They don’t have a lot of dairy-free options, so she suggested a drink I’ve never tried, which I went with it and ended up loving. I went back yesterday and that’s why I’m leaving this negative review. My first impression already wasn’t great, but I gave them another shot, because I get that everyone has bad days. I asked for the same drink I had last time (which they suggested), and he yelled “no!!” at his employee..so I ordered a basic tea because I was so flustered. I should’ve walked out. I will not be returning and I’ve already told my friends who love bubble tea about my experience. Customer service is everything, and unfortunately, this place completely missed the mark. Twice.
