I got the original bubble waffle and milk tea with boba. The bubble waffle was delicious! I liked the chewy texture and it was perfectly sweet without any toppings even. The milk tea was ok, nothing above and beyond but still good with soft boba just the way I like it. Overall, I'll definitely be back.

The service is distasteful, disrespectful, lazy and depressed. This was the MOST depressing Boba shop I have ever went to. Even the pho people is happier and ignoring their dim and dark presence. Some bleached head girl disrespectful and was acting like a boss towards costumers? Then was shortly bussing tables and doing dishes? Their service lacks happiness and bad attitude I will NOT be coming back and I will warn others not to as well. You have been warned. These young workers need so humbleness and respect not everything is about them when they CHOSE service job.

Disrespectful servers. Some girl with bleached fried hair gave me an attitude but SHE was suppose to be serving me. My drink was great but the service was distasteful and disrespectful and very EFFING SLOOOOOOW for how little people was in there why work so slow?!!?!!!! Disappointed don’t expect good service here the food is not enough to come back to terrible service fire that bleached head and tell her, her black hair is growing out into the bleach so having an attitude with French fried hair is just ugly!!!

Recently started coming here and have been enjoying exploring their menu. However I will say, if you're planning a late night boba run, you better show up before 8:45. Their site and door says they close at 9:00, yet when my wife and I walked in at 8:45 we were turned away by a young gentlemen asking us to come back in the morning because they "shut everything down 15 minutes before close". Weird, but I guess that's how they roll.

I've been a Happy Lemon customer for many years, and at several different locations. Especially this one: Happy Lemon- Olympia! You guys did such a great job before! What’s wrong with your location recently?Both my husband and I found that the drink lacked the originally advertised flavor! I felt disrespected and disappointed when I saw my waffle, which is seen below. Do you think if it look like a waffle to you !?!? To me NOT !!!!!! Your employee appears to have failed to complete their tasks!Additionally, the staff appeared disinterested and delivered poor customer service. The cashier was not kind at all! It made me feel unpleasant or unwelcome!I hope you address these issues for a better customer experience in the future.

Pretty sure my Taro tea was made incorrectly, wasn’t purple at all (all other places I’ve gotten Taro tea, it’s purple. Ordered 2, so a waste of $ bc my daughter wouldn’t drink it. Tasted like plain Milk Tea. Also, ordered a third drink and took nearly 30 minutes. Staff was not friendly at all, nearly expressionless. Oreo Bubble waffle was tasty at least! Sadly do not think I will give it a second chance
