I went here today (1.10.2023) for the first time. I was very hungry on my lunch break. The fried rice was basic at best. It was put together with no concern or care. The garlic butter edamame was like eating hay with garlic. I didn't taste any butter. It was dry like hay and had a very bitter after taste. There was no seasoning at all. I doubt it was even clean.I couldn't eat it at all and I did try. All of the "sauce" for the rice was at the bottom of the bag (I ordered take out). When a customer tells you they've never eaten there before, you might want to try to impress them, not repel them. The lady was nice and I appreciate that she was careful to inform me of cross-contamination because of my dietary restrictions. I truly appreciate her for that. She actually understands customer service so 5 stars for her. Hopefully, the cook can learn from her. I give up! I'll just stick to eating at home. I wish I could upload a photo but it doesn't give me the option. Just RUN from the edamame!!!
Vegetarian options: I was glad to see there were some vegetarian options. I was off put by the old, dry, raw flavorless, garlic butter edamane...such a disappointment and waste of food. No effort went into it's preparation at all. It also had a bitter after taste.
Parking: Plenty of parking
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs, anyone can enter easliy. A person in a wheelchair may need someone to assist with opening the door.
Dietary restrictions: The lady was very observant and took the time to advise of cross contamination of food items to help me make the best choices for my dietary requirements.
Food was okay, but overpriced. Took a long time for 2 dishes. Restaurant was nicely lit, music wasn't too loud, but there was a lot of clutter like things just haven't been put away and the dirty plates were left on tables for a while. Maybe they were short staffed, but this has been my experience both times I've been here, about a year between visits.
Food was good but I think the sauce for their teriyaki is a little too sweet. The service was ok. The place is nice and huge so tables are well spread out. The wait time though was a little too long for 2 dishes and when we got there, there was nobody sitting on the tables. I wonder why it took that long to served the food.
Some of the juiciest, most flavorful teriyaki I’ve ever had. The gyoza was perfectly cooked and crunchy. The girl who helped us was delightful as well. 5 stars all the way round!
There are so many great teriyaki places in Washington state. To say which is my favorite would be unfair and unrealistic to all the different styles, flavor combinations and textures. This place though, it means a lot to me. One of my first places with a friend and their family. They have ample seating and room. Plenty of variety. And now they even serve bubble tea (lychee and tapioca!).Personally... my favorite dish is their chicken Katsu, but their teriyaki sauce is good too. They even have plans for some quality sushi too.10 out 5, one of the best teriyaki places. Even on a slow day, even on a busy one. Part of me wants to Recommend to everyone and nobody just to keep it to myself.Even has a space for private events.-distro kid
Absolutely fantastic food, everything tasted fresh. Perfect place to grab lunch! Bulgogi fries are a must get!!!
Was Nori Teriyaki, it’s now called Happy Teriyaki and Pho. The food was fantastic. I never like tempura vegetables, but theirs was so good. The teriyaki was yummy and their salad dressing is on point. They need bigger salad dressing containers, though! I also got bubble tea, with tapioca pearls. They have a good selection of boba flavors.
Go somewhere else don’t waste your money here. I’m not buying from here again that’s for sure. My boyfriend and I went to get some chicken teriyaki (his) and some chicken katsu (mine) and some fried rice today. In his there was no sauc on top of his chicken and it tasted very bland and just dry with no flavor since there was nothing on it. For mine the second piece of chicken katsu I ate it felt really stringy and I thought that it was weird, so then I spit it out and checked it out, well turns out THERE WAS A HAIR IN IT… so I had to throw my entire portion away. The fried rice is literally just white steamed rice with peas chicken pieces and carrots in it. There’s no flavor or anything in it. Also very bland and just stale, it almost tastes like microwaved fried rice. Im really disappointed and just upset that the good cost me 41.43 dollars and it’s this poor.
The food atleast looks good, but beware this was $43, takeout for two..
Came for lunch. Lots of choices on their menu.Lunch special is teriyaki chicken + choice of gyoza, chicken katsu, beef teriyaki, pork teriyaki, or egg roll. Quick friendly service. Nice atmosphere. Very crispy Panko katsu!

If I could leave a zero star wouldn't be low enough of a rating on this disappointing and the treatment was completely unacceptable! The food ordered was not that great, came out cold and soggy. But the pho soup with brisket was so horrible full of tendons and fat!! My sister brought the soup back and they literally refused to rectify the situation. They didn't offer a replacement nor a different dish. So she asked for a refund on the soup only and not the rest of the horrible meal, over $50 spent in disgusting food. Their answer to her was it is what she ordered and it's not their fault. My sister explained she cannot eat meat like that because of stomach issues and they still refused!! My niece and I stopped eating because the cold soggy food they served us made her throw up and me with a upset stomach! NEVER EVER GO THERE because if you are not satisfied their moto is it is your fault not theirs and DO NOT EXPECT A REFUND.
Both my Son's had dinner here. It was really good. Looks like upper class.
Never Ordering from here again!I Ordered on UberEats, Beef Pad Thai with Broccoli & No Egg. I pretty much have nothing but an unrelenting amount of Egg! They managed to mess up my simple order. I spent $50 in upcharges & delivery driver tips. This wasn't worth it, extremely frustrating and disappointing!!
We were actually unable to eat here because we are vegan and they do not offer vegetable broth in their vegetable and tofu pho. Additionally, when I tried to order tofu stir fry instead, they informed me that they get the tofu in the same oil as animal products. This, as vegans, we were unable to eat here and they happily and cordially refunded our money. It pays to ask deeper questions. We had to dig to find this all out.
I ask for kung po chicken without veggies for take out. Even gave the little gal over $5 tip cause I thought she was cute. Got home and I’m pretty sure they put extra veggies in it. Cause that all that’s here I picked out what little chicken there was.
