It was a little bit of a wait for a table, but I really liked that they have an electric waitlist that send text updates. They have inside and outside seating, which is great in the summer.
I got seated outside, and the table was a little slanted so I kept sliding down the bench. It was a small thing, and it was just nice to eat outside. I liked that they had a good variety and unique options. Once the food came out it was worth the wait. Food was cooked perfect, and there was so much. I wish they offered more half portion options because I couldn't eat all of it.

This place is a well known breakfast hub in Olympia off the beaten path from downtown. The portions are what you’d expect (a 3lbs sourdough Cinnamon roll!! As an example) for a diner off-shoot, but the quality is better imho.
Well worth a visit on an off day. Good luck getting seating on a weekend though as it’s not uncommon for there to be a line at the door before open.

Came here after a recommendation from a friend. The food did not disappoint! The Marionberry French Toast was to DIE for! I was absolutely impressed. I’m pregnant and loving breakfast so I’m already planning my next visit. It’s a tad bit loud for my taste and the service was okay. The waitress seemed annoyed that my daughter and I showed up a few minutes after the rest of our party. For the food alone, I’ll be back!!

I was really excited to try Hash after reading other reviews, but we won’t be back. My husband and I both work graveyard and it was a treat at the end of a long week. Our server was inattentive and borderline rude, which was the complete opposite of how she treated all of the other guests in our section (4 other tables). We were all sat at the same time, but we were the last to have our order taken. Food was brought unceremoniously to our table, and practically slammed down. Our portions were much smaller than expected based on reviews and looking at other tables around us. My husband enjoyed his meal, although he said the coffee was very bitter. I ordered the chicken in a biscuit which was very dry and chicken was overdone. The entire meal felt like we were trapped in the Twilight Zone trying to figure out what we did wrong to be treated so poorly. We weren’t expecting a red carpet, but friendly service would have made the meal more bearable 🤷🏻♀️

Food was good. Seating was limited and staff were noticeably annoyed. Was ignored twice trying to get a coffee refill. Granted it was breakfast and getting busy, but if you’re going to market yourself as a breakfast/brunch spot you should probably take that into account. I wouldn’t take a group larger than 3-4 here for breakfast, and you probably want to call ahead to avoid staff getting grumpy with you.
