Review for 12/20/2025. Our server Jeremy did above and beyond. He was attentive and professional. If any server could do like Jeremy, I'm happy to tip for service! The host on the other hand, wasn't so great. No greet what so ever. Thank you Jeremy for his kind service!

Cold breakfast. It was not really very busy at 9am on a Friday. Waitress was friendly but practically threw our plates on the table. I will go to McDonald's next time.

So I went back to this IHOP. Big mistake on my part. I got the 222 breakfast. That's two eggs two pancakes and two pieces of meat. The two pieces of meat were about inch and a half by inch and a half in size. When they brought it out to me I was surprised to see how small the meal looked on the plate. That meal with a cup of coffee plus tip cost me $27. I will never go back

My family and I stopped by for food at at this location as we have many times & we where seated and the waitress started to take our order when the Manager Karen rudely order our waitress to stop taking our order. After sitting there for a few minutes we approached the manager for an explanation but received nothing but more rudeness she told us to leave and to say hello to the cámara and was not was not professional at all. Never go to this location , I work customer service and her attitude and lack of professionalism is not acceptable.

Great service and food. I got the sirloin tips with eggs for breakfast. Sirloin was marinated and excellent. Service always great.
Friendliest, attentive waitstaff. They work together like a well oiled machine..everyone doing their part to take care ofnthe customers. Bacon was crisp, pancakes the best ever!

Crepes did not resemble the picture on the menu. Buttermilk pancakes were watered down.. Strawberries were warm and had been sitting. $65.00 was a rip-off given the quality of what we were served. Eggs an omelet was good.
