It's funny how, after swearing off going back to a particular restaurant, we'll find ourselves eventually returning after enough time has passed.. even though I think their prices are too high since the pandemic came and went, and the staff at the Plum Street location is much better than it was a few years ago, I still like some of their food every once in awhile.

Worst experience I have ever had to encounter I came inside to eat around noon for lunch and while in there a guy was just screaming and cussing at his coworkers He was throwing stuff around I find this disgusting and disgraceful. If he is truly that unhappy with his job maybe he should quit or you need to find someone to replace him. The gal in the front carried on about her job without any conflict and the other two gentlemen were sent away. I would stay away from this place as long as that guy is there Best I can describe him is he is skinny and I think has a tattoo or two on his face and maybe neck First time I have been to this location and I wont be back.

The middle aged employee with the piercings was pretending he didn't know how to enter coupon codes when my husband came in to get dinner. I had ordered from this location just two days before with a coupon and the same employee was able to type it in fine. We eat at this Jack regularly both with and without coupons but if they aren't going to honor when we do have coupons we will eat at the other nearby Jack both with and without coupons from now on.

When walking in the 2 very nice beautiful lady’s helped me with my order and didn’t make me feel bad for taking a lil bit time to look ! The food was amazing and the store was so so clean! I’m pretty sure their names were Arisa and Nani ? If so 10/10
