They did not give us our food. They had already charged us for it would not give us back. A refund only gave us half our money back. I called and complained to the manager. He said to come in they would give us our money back when we went in no one knew what we were talking about. Don't go there.

Ordered one Burger to 20 minutes to receive the burger employees were loud and obnoxious and rude employee had three children in lobby making a mess and screaming climbing all over tables and chairs making it seem more like a playground rather than a restaurant. Cleanliness of bathroom and lobby and areas to be seen in kitchen poor at very best.

More than any other jack in the box that I’ve been to, they will either have items missing from an order or will ignore any modifications, for example not lettuce and there will be a half a head of lettuce in it. Very disappointing because its on an online order so it would be very hard to miss on the ticket unless they just dont read them.

I'll always have a good thing or two to say about Jack in the Box. Mainly because I believe they have one manu item that stands out to me. It might seem out of place but I believe that this establishment to be thr home of the besr Egg Rolls in the continental United States. Order the tri pack with extra Sweet and Sour and its on til its off. Dont believe? Try them. Ironically I didn't have them today opting instead for a large Oreo shake and small.water. the woman behind thr counter was very attractive upon seeing her and completely professional yet kind of gruff and unfriendly .That's why only 4 stars atmosphere.
Very rough neighborhood and pretty sure the entire staff was on drugs. Everyone that worked there moved very slow, very quiet, and almost seemed like bank robbers pretending to run the bank until everyone left. Very sketchy vibes. Food was cold but shockingly made as ordered.
Every time I've come here I've had attitude from all the employees and managers, my food has been served cold and not made right , or sometimes I'll even get the wrong food all together. I recommend that no one visit this location until they get these problems resolved.

The food was really good. It took a minute for it to arrive but I didn’t even notice. We were offered cheese cake for the wait which was a very nice surprise. Clean inside seating and great music. Also the cheesecake was fantastic. If you go to Jack in the box you should try it. It’s a little expensive but still good.
