Safety First
Every one here was friendly although I didn't get all of there names. OT inspired me to leave this review with his excellent customer service. He toasted my bread. No other jersey Mike's employee has ever done that for me. He was busy when I walked in but still took the time to greet me with a smile. Instead of saying he didn't have the bread I wanted. He offered to make it and notified me about the wait time. Good customer service is rare these days.

We placed an order online and proceeded to wait 45 min for our order while they helped everyone else ahead of us. We had 2 regulars and a mini. It should not take 45 min for an online order to be ready. The line is now empty but somehow working on other orders? It’s a little ridiculous

There are 3 Jersey Mike locations in my area and I prefer to go to the Sleater -Kinny location on Martin Way, Olympia. Persiphony (I hope I spelled your name correctly) and her crew kick ass. Up beat and personable. Fun to talk to while making my sandwich. I'm very picky about my toppings and the order they go on...lettuce, 4-5 shakes of red vinegar, heavy onion, tomato, salt, pepper, oregano, 4 jalapeño's and a touch of mayo on the bread. #13 is my go to! I feel like a pain the ass but they embrace it and have fun with it! It's a perfect balance of meat, vegetables and bread! Being from New Jersey myself, these guys make me feel at home! Friendly service and a tasty sub. You can't beat it! AND they have chilled Tasty Kakes, a brand that from what I understand only sell their product on the east coast. So they, Jersey Mikes, ship them in. Go there and see for yourself. My crew doesn't disappoint!!! Thanx you guys...you know I'll see you soon!

Went in tonight to get a Philly and was greeted promptly by a nice staff it’s nice to see younger kids be so kind
Blonde girl with piercings was so good about making sure everyone was wiping down their stations and making sure everyone was taken care of by offering water. I will be returning again!!
Sub club #8 Mike’s way add jalapeno and banana peppers is one of the best subs ever… this is the best sub sandwich shop chain out there best subway every single time.. the staff at this specific location is super nice and helpful, the 3 of them work as a great team. They also offer gluten free sandwiches for my wife who has allergies, they sanitize everything before making her sandwich and they’re happy to do so, always leave them a tip when you visit. We’ll be back for sure next time I get some more ink done!

Fantastic customer service at this location. The restaurant was clean. The lady who made my sandwich, washed her hands and put on fresh gloves before prepping the sandwich which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend this location.
