This location seems to be the only location that struggles with mobile orders. I understand waiting when it’s busy but consistently pushing a mobile order over an hour past its pick up time is just ridiculous.

Employees behind the counter admit they cannot hear a customer who is ordering because of the fans and background noise. An employee finally came out from behind the counter to take my order. It was not a friendly or pleasant experience for me. There are many great sandwich stores in my area so I do not need to return.

Lack of care for customer’s time lack of urgency no sense of who was here first second third etc I work in a busy restaurant and it takes 3 hard working people to take care of a full restaurant and yet 3 people here completely bombed everything no awareness

Dude with the glasses and man bun working around 3:00 was awesome, very attentive and hard working. Lady with the braid was slacking off, harassing said coworker making excuses for her poor work ethic. I will be coming back hopefully the dude with the glasses will be there.

I only give 3 for atmosphere because it doesn’t feel like there is AC. but we are here august 4th at 630pm {didn’t get staffs names so just posting time} and received excellent service from both employees. It was very refreshing :)
