Not sure if this is a one time thing or if Jimmy Johns just doesn’t give as much as they once did, but my sandwich was pretty weak- barely any meat and the cheese seems to be thinner than i remember. If this is the standard, well… not worth the price at all.

I stopped in here to use the restroom on 8/8 around 4pm. Thank you to the gentleman who was working he was friendly, restroom and lobby was extremely clean which I appreciate! Thank you for having a public restroom....the food good too😂 and I've tried the new toasted sandwiches, wonderful addition to Jimmy Johns!

The two gals working here on 7/26 were so nice! I accidentally ordered a sandwich with horse radish and I forgot I hate horse radish, they remade my sandwich for free and were so nice about it. 10/10 wonderful service!

NOT freaky fast. More like freaky slow. About 3 out of 5 times the wait is long. Today, 7/23/25 I ordered at spicy Italian. When I asked for it toasted the associate seemed annoyed.
I paid and took a seat. The workers kept falling out sandwiches, not names. But they only called once and not clearly. I tried listening but every time one was called someone stepped up.
After 12 minutes I asked if the sandwich sitting on the counter was mine. Is it the spicy. No, I heard. We think someone else took yours. At which time it took another 5 minutes to mine remain. And it was subpar compared to past sandwiches.
Frankly, if zero stars was an option for service, that’s what I would have selected.

Yesterday I walked into this establishment and found a bewildering sight. Roughly 10 people were standing around, arms crossed, looking annoyed. I ordered a sandwich anyway. What happened in the following half hour was truly amazing.
It was clear that the staff were overwhelmed, and it became obvious to me that they were handling a massive $200 order and several deliveries simultaneously. The phone also was constantly ringing with to-go orders.
As a result, customer orders in house were a bit delayed, and obviously people who needed to leave got a timely refund from the staff. Big deal, they can get food elsewhere.
What I found truly shameful was the behavior of some people waiting for their sandwiches. The staff were subject to verbal and mental abuse from some customers that obviously was not helpful. One customer made a rude gesture at one of the female employees, which made the employee justifiably upset.
Despite all of this, the sandwich making crew doggedly pushed forward, and by the time I left they appeared to be in better shape. It is clear that they were dealing with a rough situation in the best way possible, and maintained professionalism in stark contrast to the adult babies that were grumpy about waiting an extra ten minutes for a salami and mayonnaise sandwich.
I wonder if Jimmy Johns could have prevented this. Is there some way to better schedule large orders to prevent the staff from such a huge influx of demand? Maybe require the large orders to be scheduled in advance by at least one hour?

Well, it wasn't what I expected. Cold sandwich in a sort of thick hogie roll. It was good. Later, It messed up my stomach. 1st time & 1st impression.

This Jimmy John's was a great location to get something to eat. Jordan was very exceptional at his position. Jordan had great customer service. It was very clean and stocked up at this location. I definitely would recommend this location to others.

I just ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and it taste like they dump a pound of salt on it ! It was horrible !! Chicken was very very very salty

Not vegetarian friendly. It's 2024, vegetarianism is no longer an afterthought. They do have one vegetarian option, and due to (I'm assuming) shrinkflation, my sandwich has millimeter(not even centimeter) sized veggies (3 slices tomato, cucumber) and poor cheese, which amounted to approximately half the size of the meat-filled sandwiches- I was left extremely disappointed on many fronts and won't be back. Also within minutes the watery mayo made the bread soggy and unpleasing (crusty outside, wet inside) Stars are for staff only, who were kind and worked hard.
