got food from here today, for me and my roommate. the bread on both buns were both rock hard. i’m not usually one to complain but these were inedible. i’m not sure what kind of quality control goes into this business but it should improve.

I placed an order for delivery for 2 sandwiches. The number 2 original came with ONE SLICE of roast beef folded in half and no tomatoes. When I called and asked for a manager, I was told I was speaking to one. She told me that the one slice is what it comes with! That it is by weight. It was about 1/4 of a small portion of roast beef, so I hope that’s not true. It also didn’t come with any tomatoes, it was literally one slice of roast beef and lettuce. She offered to either put a small credit FOR THE TOMATOES on my account, or remake the sandwich. At this point, no thanks. I’ll just take my service elsewhere. I’ll add that it took her A LONG TIME to even offer any compensation. I wish I had talken a photo of the sandwich before I gave it to my brother. It was the most ridiculous sandwich I’ve ever seen.

Good sandwiches, had an online order for delivery but received incorrect sandwich. Called the store they remade the sandwich and delivered it very fast, and included a brownie. Thank you Jimmy johns for the great customer service and for the brownie.

I need to share this because I am beyond impressed. This restaurant uses door dash, but they always go above and beyond. Normally, a dasher will not contact you or care that the order is late. However, when a delivery may be even 5 minutes late, they call to let me know. This is unheard of and it shows that they truly care about the service they provide. In addition, the food is always well prepared and accurate. ALWAYS ORDER FROM HERE!

Over 100 minutes and still waiting for a sandwich that I don't even know if it's coming. I got a call around the hour mark with the response that "we're busy, but its coming" and "it'll be longer". Not even an attempt at saying how long, since he knew I'd cancel my order if he was honest. I called back after another 30 minutes and was told "we can't really track your order" and "if it's not there soon, call back. We can try to help then".Apparently approaching on the two hour mark for a single slim sandwich wasn't enough to warrant helping me.When your entire premise is "freaky fast" and this is the end result, I think it's safe to say that there's something seriously wrong.
