Okay. 1st round was a Doordash order. Store is less than 1xmile away from my place. Ordered a hot san and a cold san. Few minutes late, but okay: but hot san was missing ingredients we especially ordered. Called the store, the guy was very pleasant. Reordered the sandwich for redelivery. Then i checked the cold san. What? Jummiy Johns! What up? Like 2 teaspoons of lettuce? 4 tiny pathetic tomatoes? C'mon guys, you need to impress your people, not disappoint... I was Not impressed...

Whoever was working today made THE BEST sandwiches my boyfriend and I have ever had from any Jimmy John’s. Perfect ratios, perfect crisp, and these were for sure made with love! You cant have a sammy this good that wasn’t made with love. Thank you guys!!!

Good sandwiches, had an online order for delivery but received incorrect sandwich. Called the store they remade the sandwich and delivered it very fast, and included a brownie. Thank you Jimmy johns for the great customer service and for the brownie.
