I love Jimmy John's, BIG fan ... however, I don't usually go to this one. In the few times I've been, they've TWICE left food out of my bag and I only realized once I'm home. Called to complain and they hung up on me twice before finally taking my call. Idk what's going on there, but something's up with this location.

I wish I could put a 0 You have 3 people working, no customers but me and yet it still took 25 mins for a little John turkey tom, no drinks no chips just the sandwich. NEVER COMING BACK

Best experience ever! I had the unwich, but when I was ordering one of the employees heard me making my order and came up and asked me if I was celiac. I told him I was. He took extra care and wiped everything down before making my meal! We frequently this location and the HawksPrairie location for just this reason!

Dear jimmy john- Today is 12-28-24 3:00 pm While in your store ordering today at the time above, your guy taking my girlfriends and my order, he was eye locked with my girlfriend while I was right there ands also proceeded to wink at her when we were through placing our order. It was inappropriate and awkward. The guys then took what seemed like a long time to make our sandwiches. They only things freaky at this store is the heavier guy that took our order. Please have your employees not be freaky weird and freaky slow.
