Dear jimmy john- Today is 12-28-24 3:00 pm While in your store ordering today at the time above, your guy taking my girlfriends and my order, he was eye locked with my girlfriend while I was right there ands also proceeded to wink at her when we were through placing our order. It was inappropriate and awkward. The guys then took what seemed like a long time to make our sandwiches. They only things freaky at this store is the heavier guy that took our order. Please have your employees not be freaky weird and freaky slow.

I placed a delivery order to be delivered one minute down the road to my teenage daughter who is preparing for a choir concert at the James Kovall Center. I provided the address, my daughter's phone number, and a description of the building and yet the food was never delivered. I come to find out that the delivery driver, who was from Uber, was texting my daughter in Spanish and didn't even speak English. They were given very specific instructions on how to bring the food to my daughter who wasn't allowed to go wherever the driver had gone by mistake and the only response from the driver was "I'm cancelling the order". Well, my response to that is, I'm never ordering delivery from Jimmy John's again. What happened to the actual Jimmy John's drivers? They were always great. Always on time. Always friendly. I also want to be clear about the fact that this is not a dig on the employees who make the sandwiches or work in the restaurant as they are always fantastic and my daughter and I eat there regularly. All of that being said, this is incredibly disappointing especially the time where I needed to feed my daughter and thought I could count on Jimmy John's.

I ordered 2 Vito picklewitches and once we got back home which was 30 min away realized they only put meat and cheese on it- it was missing everything else. Pretty disappointing that it was rushed and the service wasn’t up to par. Maybe short staffed but alterations give people what they pay for.

For those with allergies or looking for gluten free options stay away from Martin way location. I have been using the drive-through, but noticed I don’t feel good when I come to this location. I have celiac disease limiting me to what I can eat that is drive-through accessible since I work on the road every day. Jimmy John’s is typically my go to. Thought their allergy protocol was the same for all the stores, but I guess it is not. Went inside to order this time and this store does not change their gloves or wipe down the cutting board. There was breadcrumbs everywhere, but she said That is why she put a piece of paper down. This does not keep us from getting sick if you were using the same knife, same gloves And preparing food on top of breadcrumbs. I will Not be eating here anymore, unfortunately, I will have to stick to the Lacey location on corporate center off College st. as they are the only ones who have been on top of it no matter who is working I know I am in good hands.

Came in to order a sandwich. The staff attended to multiple people on the drive through order and ignored myself as the walk in. If you aren’t going to have inside service, they should get alternating service with the drive through.
