My favorite local business EVER. The staff are hands down the most thoughtful, caring, and family oriented people I have ever met. Building is absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere is so friendly. I specifically want to shout out Kelly, Jerad and Kaylee for their incredible customer service!!! BEST FOOD IN TOWN!!!

I have been a regular customer at Johnson’s since the reopening and have come to really enjoy the atmosphere and employees. Unfortunately, these past few months the morale within the building is lacking. I’ve been there now serval times where employees are pulled away from tasks from (I’m assuming) managers and come back to the task in tears, one day it was multiple employees on the same day within 30 minutes. I’ve let this go even though it truly bothers me, but, yesterday was my final straw. I was in the eatery section eating my meal when an employee named Kelly (I made SURE to ask) was in a very clearly FOUL mood, talking over others and being short when asked questions. She had raised her voice or was flat out rude to several other employees- at one point saying “I’m not talking to you because you still have dishes to do”, though I don’t know what else was happening in this conversation, I as a customer didn’t need to be a part of it. Once the girl who she had said this to had moved to another section of the store, or maybe went home, all Kelly could do was talk about how she wanted her fired- LOUDLY and where I could hear, saying that “she could be a manger and fire her if she wanted- she just doesn’t want to”. As a customer- this was incredibly disappointing to hear that this is how they talk to their employees as a family run business. I’ve been a long time customer but the way the employees have been openly treated badly the past few months (from what I’ve experienced) has greatly impacted my thoughts on continuing to give them my business and recommending it to others.

Well worth your time and some quality products that are made in house.

The meat is top notch and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Don’t pass up the hot food either. The grinder is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! And in Fridays they have live music through the summer!
