I hadn’t been in this butcher shop in over 15 years and LOVE what they have done since the rebuild. And their service and quality is top notch as always!

Had the smoked sausage with sauerkraut and a side of potato salad. Also, I enjoyed the live music!

Wow! If you want high quality sausage, this is the place. Clean, well-stocked and a good selection of local and regional items. Will go again.

This place was recommended by a friend of a friend so we made the drive out and right away, taken by surprise. They had some kind of music thing going on outside. A bunch of old cars, live music with picnic tables and umbrellas for shade, so people could order their food but eat outside and enjoy the festivities. We got some teriyaki pepperoni and Hawaiian jerky and a small bag of trail mix to take with us. They are kind of spendy but the jerky and pepperoni was delicious. Not sure if i would say that it is better than Stewart's meats famous beef jerky and pepperoni but that could just be because I'm partial to and grew up less than a mile from Stewart's meats, and it's my favorite. However i can day, they could be equally as good, just different. And still i would recommend to anyone looking for good food! And a good time!

Friendly, and helpful. While being very clean with an array of delicious meats, jerkies etc.
Plus great sandwhiches.
Even the water served with the fresh made sandwhich was delicious.
Looking forward to my next time there.

I have visited many local butchers and this is the best. I love the stir fry and marinated meats.

Their take and bake pizza is fantastic!

We go here every week. My kids and I all have something we love here. The food from the restaurant side is great while the food from the deli side is also incredible. Hands down best take and bake pizza I’ve ever had, the Hawaiian jerky is amazing. We come here every week, and I recommend everyone try a sausage from the restaurant inside. Thank you all for putting the love into the food here, it’s clear you’re the best of the best.

Great people that sell fantastic food!

First time here. Ordered their hotdog and it was juicy. When you bite into it, you hear the snap; crunchy and juicy! The best hot dog by far! Their smoked meat, its moist as hell! The best in the west. I recommend you take a drive out to this place. They have live music on Saturday. I am going back here for sure.
