The food was absolutely delicious. The music could've been a bit louder. Atmosphere was comfortable. But the downside is they auto tipped themselves 18% for a party if 2 adults and 1 child. ($30 tip, which is outrageous because all she did was wheel out a cart of sides. I will say that the portions were very generous. Kalbi 10/10.

A lot of people leaving bad reviews don’t understand how all you can eat KBBQ works lol. As someone who eats KKQ often I say their service and food quality are good. Compared to other locations, their price isn’t bad- especially when you go during happy hours. They do not charge per person, it’s PER MEAT which is all you can eat. You are not charged for refills on the meat you originally ordered. If you want to save money, stick to 1-2 proteins. They are good at refurbishing meats and sides. I think it’s a good spot so don’t let the bad reviews with lack of understanding, stop you from trying out their KBBQ. As for their regular food- never tried it lol.

Been there once and won’t go back there again. They add in a service charge to your bill AND have the audacity to request a service tip to boot. There is no cooking of the food on their part- you do the cooking which is fine but tagging on a service charge is unexpected and insulting.

I never leave bad reviews. The customer service here was so bad! They were rude and didn’t have half the stuff listed on the menu. To add to it all, they say that they are all you can eat, but you cook your own food and the grills are only big enough to cook your meat completely one time. Additionally, with such poor customer service there is an automatic tip added to your bill no matter what (not just for big parties). I feel like they treat people like shit because they know they will get their tip anyways! Seoul Korean BBQ has much better food and way better customer service!
Always has attentive staff and just a fun experience in itself. If you haven't tried this place out, give it a shot!

Mandatory tip for terrible service. Meat doesn't come in sliced, you have to cut them yourself with scissors that aren't sharp enough. We were struggling to cut the meat and spent 10 min doing so. They hardly refill your drinks. They forcefully dump the meat into your grill to take your plate. 100% would not recommend

Service: the service is feel strange about the ladies sometimes but when it not busy at all (my family are the only ones there) one of the ladies just keep watching us I feel weirded out about that. Buttttt she does give good refill of tea so 4 star, and also the other ladies are very nice Korean ladies.
