Excellent tacos. Carnitas were bomb, would recommend.I've been going back a few times in 2023 after finding it on a trip in 2022. Each time I loop past Olympia I end up at this truck.There is covered seating. Biggest downside is it's right next to the road, very accessible.

I only tried their food from the food truck. I ordered al pastor, steak & fish tacos with beans & rice. Everything were tasty & good, except for the rice. It had an after taste like it was old-ish. The truck vendor wasn't friendly either. But, I was thinking, the taco truck looked like it did not have AC in a heat warning weather. I would probably be grumpy too.
Sat outside with our dog. Authentic yummy street tacos and rice / beans. Pastor was very good. Happy with our choice!

Whatever you do, don't order the carne asada fries. Better yet, skip this place entirely. Beyond disappointed with the fries, they weren't even fried. They taste like they came out of the microwave with a chemically taste. The carne asada also tasted old and not fresh off the grill. Not worth the $16. I tired 2 bites and despite my hunger, could not bring myself to eat these disgusting fries.La Esquinita more like La Basura. Valio verga.
