We stopped by this place at night. The staff were looking cold, the atmosphere was not nice at all. We wanted to ask a question, but they don't give you damn at all. We took out and the food was so cold. Imagine fries being cold and not crunchy. Kids meal didn't have choice of drinks, for water asking extra price. Ripped off!

I’ve been so disappointed constantly by the other two Olympia locations (cooper pt & Harrison) that I had to leave a good review for this location after consistently getting better quality food. It may not sound like a big deal but I notice when I go to this location I always get several pickles on my burger and the burgers are generally just better looking buns not smashed , paper and top of buns not smeared with a ton of grease or a mess of condiments, nuggets and fries are fresher and not dumped in the bottom of a bag like the other locations. It just seems the downtown Oly location takes more care. & I really appreciate that . Every time I go to the other Oly locations (which has probably been 50x over the last 6 months) I get 1 tiny pickle in the middle of my burger, there’s usually grease and condiments all over the wrapper so I’m covered in ick before I even get to the burger, & the chicken nuggets idk how they just seem hard and old at the other locations.

It's great service when the manager isn't there. When the manager is there the place stinks of disrespect and bad attitudes. There are around 4 McDonald's in the area so I will never go back to this location. I can't even describe how rudely I was treated when I had purchased food almost every day for 2 weeks.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly staff. Stay away from this place like the plauge
Consistently the slowest most inept service of ANY McDonald's. It's actually faster to drive to a different location and get food fr there. It is not uncommon to spend 30-45 minutes at the drive-through and curbside is the same. Hard to actually imagine what can be happening inside that could possibly take so long.

This is, by far, the worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune of going to. More than 50% of the time my order is wrong. Service is never good. And employees seem miserable. After today, I have been convinced to start packing my lunch for work. Avoid if possible!
