If you order extra pickles expect to wait an extra 10 minutes only to receive 1 pickle and no condiments. If you order a cheeseburger it's 50/50 if it will have cheese on it. The problem is with the management and owners who treat their employees as disposable.

The fries taste like they were set next to urinal cakes. Absolutely disgusting. The nuggets tasted like they were refried several times and were stale. Worst McDonald’s. Never again. Thank you yo the McDonald’s in rochester who replaced our food with fresh edible food.

This was the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The kiosk was not working so we went to the counter, where they weren’t much interested in helping us. They said it wasn’t the kiosk but the app. Okaaaayyyy. Food took a very long time, although drive through people got their food super fast - huh … weird, right?

The worst McDonald’s in Thurston County! They forget something every single time, never fails.
We stopped by this place at night. The staff were looking cold, the atmosphere was not nice at all. We wanted to ask a question, but they don't give you damn at all. We took out and the food was so cold. Imagine fries being cold and not crunchy. Kids meal didn't have choice of drinks, for water asking extra price. Ripped off!

I’ve been so disappointed constantly by the other two Olympia locations (cooper pt & Harrison) that I had to leave a good review for this location after consistently getting better quality food. It may not sound like a big deal but I notice when I go to this location I always get several pickles on my burger and the burgers are generally just better looking buns not smashed , paper and top of buns not smeared with a ton of grease or a mess of condiments, nuggets and fries are fresher and not dumped in the bottom of a bag like the other locations. It just seems the downtown Oly location takes more care. & I really appreciate that . Every time I go to the other Oly locations (which has probably been 50x over the last 6 months) I get 1 tiny pickle in the middle of my burger, there’s usually grease and condiments all over the wrapper so I’m covered in ick before I even get to the burger, & the chicken nuggets idk how they just seem hard and old at the other locations.
