Ok drive thru ordered the chicken sandwich that comes with pickles on it and ask for it cut in half went thru drive thru had to turn back they forgot the Fry's and didn't cut sandwich. They said they are not allowed to cut sandwich. And then I get all the way across town to Tumwater and realize I can't find my bank card I didn't get out of the car so I called McDonald's and said did my bank card get left there when I picked up my order . Phone person ask window it they saw any bank cards the guy said oh yeah right here a lady left it here. I was in drive thru I didn't leave it there they didn't give it back . And that chicken sandwich has 2 pickles nothing else no

It seems like this location was on a hit streak and boom they mess it up went to get fries and nuggets they forget the fries call back the out my name in the book I go back 2 days later ask and they ask for a receipt order food and they FORGET my fries again I go In and the dude said he didn’t believe me get home to find my food was all plain no pickles condiments this place is actually stupid as hell

Always getting the order wrong during peak hours as of this review. This may be location wide, but inside the restaurant there consistently seems to be someone in the kiosk area more willing train you on how to use the self service machines than helping you take your order at the counter.
Other than the Tweaked out young man in the stall in the men's bathroom. Walking around in his socks from what I could see....saying that he had to poop too. But then he have bed bugs. Eweee continued waiting until I hade enough. Clicked my Taser then him moved alone. Told front counter otw out. Please do something about this. Not safe for families.

Food is what you expect, Service is great if you eat in. However, the people who have camped at the exit of the drive through and cause trouble here are an issue. Last time in, a young lady threatened everyone with a golf club, caused a huge scene, tried to dig through the trash, and was just a mess. Luckily staff stepped up and took out the garbage, but they really didn't need to be doing that, and I hope they don't continue to out of concern for their own safety.

The food was good i got Mac sauce on my Mc double ? however the female manger was extremely rude to me. I wonder can I say what she looks like... or just post a picture??Definitely don't wear a backpack in even if you paid $357 for it because its a carry-on.
After a long day we stopped in here to have some food it was delicious and yes I will return
