I ordered at the kiosk and waited about 15 minutes with no update. When I asked, they tried to charge me again until I told them I already paid. Staff was dismissive and didn’t handle the delay well. Not coming back.

As soon as we get here we find that the disabled parking spots, which our driver needed to use because he has a physical disability, were super far away from the restaurant, being replaced by curbside pickup spots. On top of that, there was incredibly rude staff. What seemed to be the manager was on her phone on a call the entire time she made our food with her phone in one hand and no gloves, nasty. No one was at the front desk the entire time and we had a whole crew of people that had to go to the bathroom, which was locked and didn't have a code. When we asked to get in, we had to call on the girl on her phone from inside the kitchen, where she rolled her eyes at us and said one minute and walked away. She finally let us in by the press of a button and acted like it was the hardest thing she's ever done. While we were waiting on our food, another woman who did not work there came up to the counter and the girl on her phone asked her what mcflurry she wanted, stopped making food for paying customers, and gave what looked like her sister a mcflurry she did not pay for. The man that gave us our food was nice but the woman on her phone ruined the whole experience.

Two breakfast burritos absolutely the smallest I've ever had in my life, hardly any filling and the cheese was hard, Clearly sitting around for over an hour. Absolutely pathetic pushing this food out. My barnyard chickens will probably like it I guess. Friday 930am 12/19.

The employees are all really really nice I think they make the best caramel macchiatos in town.
The prices are outrageous as are the prices at any drive-thru now.
As far as fast food goes service goes it's good and they do always have a clean bathroom which I really appreciate

Even by McDonald's standards this place sucks. I've tried to get just two cheeseburgers here twice in the last couple weeks and left empty handed both times. The first time there was some cars in the drive thru but nobody inside. Waited for over 5min just for them to finally realize we were there, they then told us it would take over 30min to make two cheeseburgers so we left. Then we came back today with the same order and were told we couldn't get cheeseburgers until 10:30. This was at about 10:26. People have also told me they received fly eggs in their food at this location so I don't know why I even bothered. Pick literally any other McDonald's.

Came in bought food, forgot to add water cup to my order. Asked homie at the front, said sure I gotchu, 7 min later and I walked out because they cant hand me a cup or fill it with water. If its a policy of some kind that you dont give water, should maybe explain that 11/12/25 6:20pm front counter guy has terrible customer service

Just a huge thank you to the thoughtful McDonald's folks for putting at least four McDonalds App users pick - up parking right at the entry door and the Disabled Parking as far from the entry door as possible; all way at the end of the building. Not that it matters to the franchise owner or McDonalds corporate, but.you have guaranteed that this physically disabled person and physically disabled wife will never spend a penny at this McDonalds location again. I would encourage everyone else not to either.

I have registered my complaint with you, which should be enough for you to forward complaint to the web address you provided. I have done my job, now you should do yours as the owner.
