Update. 3/24/25 They really need to triple the size of their breakfast burrito, half an inch thick and 4 inches long, basically just tortilla. Absolutely not worth it.
Last week it was a hair and this week it was a pile of onion chunks onion bits and the tiniest bit of ketchup on one burger, mmmm tasty. Cold undercooked French fries absolutely every time that are always half full any size you order. Fire the burger prep and fry cook. This McDonald's is dirty as well, our happy meal had actual dirt stuck to the bucket. Kiosks are not user friendly but they're friendlier than the staff. This McDonald's needs a updated inspection and reported to the corporate manager for improper preparation food and cleaning.

I ordered for a few people so the order was huge. I ordered on the app, which is so convenient. I forgot to ask for ketchup, so I asked the young guy who brought my order out if he could please go back in and grab it for me. He literally ran back in and ran back out with the ketchup. He was laughing, which made me laugh! Great job, whoever you are. That made my day! THANK YOU!

No reason to ever go back to mcdonalds, two double cheese burgers was over nine dollars today. You can get a large pizza for under ten, why ever go to mcdonalds again. Join me in never going to mcdonalds again, until there's a proper value/ dollar menu.

Absolutely Disgusting Service – Avoid This Location!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Just returned from the McDonald’s on Harrison Street in Olympia—a truly awful experience. They messed up my order, and when I called, the manager admitted they expected my call (so clearly, this happens often). Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed it on “training employees” and treated me like a crook—demanding I drive 30 miles back just to return the incorrect order EXACTLY AS RECEIVED before even considering a refund.
This is nothing but a greedy, unapologetic company that cares more about squeezing every penny out of customers than providing basic service. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled this was beyond unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration—go anywhere else.

My mobile order was sent to the wrong resturant. I was told I had to go to the other mcdonald's to get my food or I could cancel my order and I would get a refund within 1 to 7 days. Management was not interested in helping at all.

Just not like they used to be. I guess my memory is too long, the food used to be tasty and awesome and the prices were great. Now, I simply cannot afford to go there anymore. I used to eat fast food 4-5 times a week and now I am lucky to get there once a month, less more likely

The disrespect from the staff is astronomical. Missing product galore, never leave here without checking your order. Definitely not a welcoming environment by any standards, lacking manners and customer service skills.

Placed two orders today, one in the location and the other online. The manager here was rude and giving customers attitude and the employees were playing rock paper scissors. The manager even argued with me on both of my orders and tells me that I didn't use, any of the online coupons when I had proof that I did. She even had the audacity to say that she'll report me for trespassing. So when a customer has proof of their order being wrong, you threaten them with trespassing. So this is how you run a business and treat customers? Maybe a law suit should be in order.

Took 30-40 minutes to get my order, I had 3 large meals. A chicken deluxe, and two bacon quarter pounders, one quarter pounder was custom with no mustard pickles and onions. had me pull to side, they came out gave me bag with three medium fries, and was missing a quarter pounder, went back inside. Showed them. Came back home and the two bacon quarter pounders were regular cheese quarter pounders and they had the time to put the sticker on one of the boxes but didn’t have the time to put bacon in either burgers. Oh and both burgers had mustard onions and pickles.
