their wifi was out and we had cash but you can’t weigh until you’re done so we had enough money for 2 out of the 3 ice creams. we had to throw one away and waste it rather than just giving it to us for the inconvenience. and not only that but i had rewards (10$ worth) that would have paid for the 3 ice cream but they couldn’t use it due to wifi nor could i get my points from the order. extremely annoying and wasteful. no where did it say we couldn’t use rewards on the sign either

Our granddaughter's insisted we go here. Lots of nice yogurts with plenty of toppings. Easy to make a very personal snack.
The lady working here was incredibly rude no need for the attitude. On top of that, the floors were so dirty they made my shoes sticky. Really disappointing experience.

I love this store a quick stop for a quick treat. They always greet you when you enter the door, the cups and ingredients are restocked and the counters are clean. Favorite place to go for frozen yogurt 🍦
Charged me for two. Then proceeded to tell me one icecream with no toppings is nearly $20.

I fondly remember a lady who used to work there; she had an incredible knack for engaging customers in conversation, turning the experience into a lively, family-friendly event instead of the quiet, subdued ambiance it often has. Her presence made a difference, and I hope to see more of that joyful spirit in the future.
It was an amazing experience with my kids we had a great time. Gentleman behind counter was helpful and nice atmosphere was Christmas bear vibes and super cute. Plus lots of flavors and toppings available to pick

This is a great place to go for a quick sweet treat. The place is nice and clean and has a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. What really makes it special though is Tammy! She is always so incredibly kind and even helps give flavor suggestions. I always know I'm gonna leave with a smile if she's there!
