The split pea soup was amazing! The bacon cheddar scone was delicious, It was flakey on the outside and moist on the inside! All gf menu with a great variety and a few vegan options as well! Super sweet owner :)

Love, love, love Olympia Baking Company!!!
The owner, Willis, is friendly, helpful, generous with his time, and best of all an amazing pastry baker!
I don't know how he makes the tastiest scones we've ever had, but he manages to make them Gluten-Free and sometimes even Vegan.
His bakery is a dedicated GF facility...he also serves other items in addition to scones, you need to check out this jewel of a business!

The scones were good, perhaps a bit on the sweeter side for our taste, but unfortunately we will not be going back as we paid $40 (including tip) for 3 scones. We were pretty shocked. That is way too expensive.
Have been back four Saturdays in a row and always find a new favorite scone

Absolutely incredible. Chef has a lovely disposition and the place is just so cozy! Check out the used books store before you head out as well, the owner was wonderful. All around great times. Keep going!

Great experience! From the warm welcome when we walked in to the quick service, it is evident that the owner loves his job. That love even pours out of his pastries which were delicious. Would definitely go back if ever in the area!

After seeing so many glowing reviews, I was excited to finally stop by. I consider myself a bit of a scone connoisseur and am always on the hunt for a great scone to pair with a good cup of coffee. The owner introduced himself and enthusiastically told me about their gluten-free scones, which immediately caught my attention. My favorite scones are also gluten-free, but since they’re based in D.C., I don’t get to have them often.
I ordered two sweet scones and one savory. Since there weren’t prices posted, I was shocked when the total came out to over $30 for three scones.
The garlic rosemary scone was flavorful, with a chewy texture, though it leaned more toward a bread-like consistency with a bit of an eggy taste. The stuffed fruit scone had the same chewy, tapioca-like texture, which wasn’t quite what I was expecting from a traditional scone.
I can tell the owner puts care into his products, but for me personally, the texture and flavor didn’t match what I typically look for in a scone. Still, I appreciate the friendly service and unique gluten-free options, which I know many people value.
The owner was super nice. We purchased two scones and a cream container. The scones tasted good, but they cost $24! We can't afford to continue shopping at this bakery. Way too expensive. October 2025.

Had a lovely pumpkin scone that had a great texture that reminded me of pre diagnosis baked goods. 🎃
Amazing baked goods with the friendliest service!

So great, funny, friendly! 100% changed my day for the better! ♡♡
I’m not a gluten free person but I stop by because it’s was one my way tbh .
Found out that thoses gluten free scones are better than regular scones and one is enough to make a sandwich that will keep you full until the night !
Really nice person as well !
