The pizza is fine but the few times ive visited in person the mod makers are rude, Standoff, short. The first time I went in person it took me a few seconds to order and the lady helping made sure to let me know they were annoyed, I understand that confused customers are annoying but if you dont have the patients to work with people then dont get a job in customer service.

The pizza and service was horrible. Very few toppings and cheese, the build was mostly in the center. I ordered extra cheese. Not there. The staff doesn't care about the product the produce.

We have going to this location for some time now, we enjoy how clean the lobby is, the staff is friendly and always happy. Prices are reasonable, topping choices are good, and wait time is reasonable. We have order pick up and in store and both experiences were spectacular š

I am not impressed with its cleaners. Very dirty on a counter. Disgusted looking. I gave the guy with glasses $20 and 10 cents. The pizza cost $18.11. I thought they wd round off and give me $2. Nope. They gave me exact changes. Good riddance. Everyone does not care about a penny and they round off but not this place. Good Lord. Greedy? Even for one cent?!

If you like soda cracker crust, a few flakes of cheese and a few tiny pieces of meat that is tasting like its on the verge of being rancid then this is the place for you. Oh and didnt even have the flavor of red sause. Any other MODS that I have been to they give you a laddel full of cheese and the items you want. And you dont go away hungry like I did at this mod in olympia wa.

My wife and I decided to try MOD pizza for the first time last night so we went there for dinner and the pizza was okay no comment on the pizza.
But I have to share this, the Military discount I got made me laugh! They advertise a military discount, so I asked about it at checkout. On a $40 bill, they gave meā¦ $0.37 off. Not joking. Thirty-seven cents. I wouldnāt have asked if I knew it was that symbolic. I do appreciate the gesture, but it kinda made me upset more than happy. I know for a fact I wouldnāt be so mad if you guys donāt offer any discounts at all. Like if you just skip the discount altogether but donāt make fun of me by giving me -$0.37 āpublic servicesā on the receipt. Because thatās what it felt like. So 3 stars on everything else, but you got one star in total for the joke.
