Really I have nothing bad to say about it. Other than if you’re looking for an authentic pizza this is not the place however it’s kind of like a fast food pizza but the people were wonderful. The service was on point and quick very quick perfect for a lunch.

This was my first visit to this location and will be my last. Very poor customer service, took about 15 mins to get our food ( place was empty), and the guy cooking the pizzas was eating a plate of food while he was cooking. The MOD on Yelm Highway is a completely different experience, well managed, employees are friendly and service is fast. Clearly, this location lacks competent management.

Terrible experience. The guy with the beanie and the silver chain on his neck seemed annoyed with every customer order. He kept yelling for someone who was on break.
The lemonade was just left out in a giant bucket without a lid on a cart, in the middle of the restaurant, which seemed very unsanitary.
They do not honor promotions run by MOD pizza on Sunday. Honestly seems pretty deceptive

This is open until 10pm. Yet at 8:40 half of the make bar is torn out, items are missing from the side that is still there, and half of the drink stand is disassembled, removing the Blackberry Lemonade and Lemonade. The employee disassembling the drink blocked the access to the condiments and napkins by not taking the containers to the back while SLOWLY wiping down the base. I was in here a little over a year ago, and had forgotten what a lousy experience I had then. I foolishly thought it had to have improved. I was wrong. Go to ANY OTHER MOD Pizza, this one needs an attitude adjustment! When you’ve more than DOUBLED the price, you can dish up a decent experience instead of coming up with EXCUSES for why it isn’t.
First time having MOD pizza 🍕 really enjoyed it, will definitely be back . Fresh pizza made to order right in front of you and they use an actual pizza oven.

We went on a busy night (school fundraiser!) at peak dinner time, and those poor staff barely had time to breathe but they were incredible and our pizzas were delicious. Maybe more than I'd normally like to pay but I got whatever toppings I wanted! Mmm.
