Food was pretty good but kinda generic, the place had a kinda strange layout/vibe. Still really good for a casual meal.

I ordered the tofu appetizer and vegan sushi roll. Great presentation. Plain ambiance, surprisingly great food!

This place offers incredible selection, it is a real adventure eating at a teriyaki place with all the fixings. I've always felt blessed even though I eat fried chicken katsu almost every time. Their sauce is incredible. This is the place where I fell in love with yakisoba so much I tried to make my own but it never measured up to their incredible food.

Their sushi is incredible. I didn't realize their vast selection. One of my favorite places to find sanctuary from the stress of the mall so I can enjoy my food.

Food was not fresh or warm. We ate some of it before stopping and I’m concerned we all may get sick. It seemed like the food had been reheated after being cooked hours ago, or had been kept hot for too long under a lamp. We won’t ever eat here again. Genuinely concerned we are about to get sick from this.

Major disappointment. Every item was like very stale Asian food from a grocery store. I'd rather eat the garbage at Safeway or haggen before this. Portions were not fair for the price, and quality on every item was really really bad. Like the food had been cooked hours ago and left in a warmer all day. Are entrees even made to order? There was also a long white hair in one of the entrees. We spent over $100 for dinner for our family and we barely ate it, it's going straight in the trash. Gross. Severely overpriced. Ripoff. Will not be going back.

When Nori first opened in the space next to Target, my family and I were thrilled. The food was fantastic, and we quickly became regulars. Over time, we’ve dined there countless times and have always been impressed with the quality and consistency—until our most recent visit.

Unfortunately, last night’s experience was deeply disappointing. We ordered our usual favorites: yaki soba, chicken katsu, and beef teriyaki. All three dishes lacked flavor and tasted as if they had been prepared hours in advance. The beef had an odd, almost “off” taste, the chicken was tough, chewy, and barely warm, and the noodles came with only a few small pieces of chicken and hardly any vegetables—also cold.

This visit was a stark contrast to what we’ve come to expect from Nori. We’re genuinely saddened by the decline in quality and hope this was just an off night, not a new standard.

The service attitude of the staff was unacceptable and showed a lack of basic manners. I sincerely hope the store takes customer feedback seriously and improves the service standard.

This was my first time in and I’m local here in the area. The staff were very nice and the food was ready fast, which I appreciated.

However, I got 2 entries and 3 different sushi rolls. The total cost for take out was 91 dollars after adding a 5 dollar tip.

The food I received tasted fine (same quality as Panda Express) but my bulgogi had something hard inside it. I’m not sure if it was a piece of a bone or plastic but I nearly chipped a tooth while eating it.

Beyond that, the sushi was okay at best.

Look, I am not expecting a fine dining experience when I’m going here, but I am expecting food that’s better than average if you’re charging better than average prices. At the end of the day, I got one entree that was inedible and average food for the remainder, for nearly 100 bucks.

Frankly, it’s offensive. At most, that dinner should have cost me 75 bucks. 15 per entree and 12 per roll.

This place does not put pride in the food they are giving you. They are overcharging for food that you can get from Panda Express for a third of the price.
