Incredibly rude, no other words! Omg, just reading all the negative reviews and how every single time a customer has a complaint they are always the wrong one, the problem. This company doesn’t take ownership for any mistakes, it’s always a nasty response to the customer when someone complains. Whether it is about driving or service it’s always the customers fault. This proves more than I could ever write. Read the proof 👇 what did I tell ya 👇 (oh and I’ve had this name my entire life and did not /would not EVER work for you, 😭😭😭 WOW! )

I normally get coffee at Northwest Grind, which is always good, but today I got a strawberry smoothie for the first time and it’s so good!! Always great service there.

Coffee was great until I found a string in it. I would have called to let them know but there's not a number. Not sure how this happened but hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else.

This is a great coffee place that's in the mall but has its own entrance. It's super cute inside with seating. Lots of choices of beverages and snacks. The customer service was amazing! I would absolutely recommend this place to others!

My new favorite source for iced coffee. I've tried many coffee places in Olympia and I can't understand how these places screw up something as simple as iced mocha. Northwest Grind gets it right without over-complicating it. By the way, the person responding to these comments is hilarious!

Vegetarian options: Amazing food, drinks and costumer service absolutely amazing all around and super friendly I've been coming to the olympia location pretty much since they first opened. Never disappointed by anything. Love them so much, I guess you could say I'm one of their biggest/shortest fans

I have lived in Olympia for 20 years and Northwest Grind Olympia has become my favorite coffee shop!!
The staff, service ,and coffee are superior to all other experiences I have had in the past! The fun and welcoming staff not to mention fantastic coffee brightens my day consistently!!

What a cute coffee shop in the Capital Mall. I love to shop local and have never been disappointed with any drink I have ordered from there. The employees have always been friendly and welcoming and I love how they decorate for all the different seasons!

The drinks/food are so amazing and the baristas are so friendly. I absolutely love coming here! They also have two designated parking spots close to the entrance so it’s easier to get in and out quickly. Can not recommend enough!

I went in to have a chai, and possibly hang out and do some homework. When I asked about the chai to make sure its of a product I can safely consume they ware like I cant tell you that's a trade secret as if someone wants to steal your secret on what product of powdered chai you use in your store and because she stated it was powdered, I needed to know what brand it is because of my food allergies to know if I can safely have it. If she would have allowed me to know and if it was something I couldn't have, I would have ordered something else because I like to shop small but now I'll never come back and I would suggest other people be careful because you never know what you're consuming, and they won't tell you...

If it was blend you created your self I can see why you want to keep it secret, but you use a commercially made powder brand and in my opinion doesn't constitute a trade secret...
