good food, but insultingly small portion size, this is not acceptable for a $19 curry, when every single other local thai place has a portion around twice the size. unacceptable.
(additionally I ordered 5 star spice and it was at best a 2 or 3)
again, tasty, but come on.

Man oh man!!!! Ten out of ten for food flavor, texture and freshness. The food was so amazingly authentic!! The service was fast and super friendly. The restaurant itself is very fresh and super clean. I really canβt say enough about it. Itβs a must visit for authentic Thai food.

We moved to this area from Portland and tried a lot of restaurants in the Oly area looking for amazing Thai food, but the search ended when we discovered Nou Thai. This food is delectable. Every dish is so incredibly delicious! I would recommend particular dishes, but you really cannot go wrong with their menu. That said, we never go without the garlic green beans. Their plum sauce is without question the best Iβve had, better than anything back in Portland either. Try Nou Thai, you will not be disappointed!

I frequent Thai restaurants regularly in my travels. Based on my selection, Massaman Curry, & a good sized Thai tea, I will be back for many more visits. Definitely add this eatery to your list. Food is great. Service was excellent.!

Did take out and ordered phad thai with tofu and mango sticky rice. The phad thai had no flavor it just tasted like fried oily noodles and had sweetness to it. I ordered a 1.5 spice and there was no spice. And the mango sticky rice was just a block of coconut rice with sliced mango on the side. No sauce or sesame seeds like tradionally made. Won't be coming back but the service was great and atmosphere looked nice.

The kitchen is immaculate and the knives are sharp. The fried tofu is amazing. The peanut sauce is drinkable oy is so delicious π Pad Thai and Pineapple fried rice are perfection π Same building suites as Traditions
Give them a try, and you'll see why they are the best (and conscientiously) prepared vegetarian food π₯° they also have meats ππππππ
