This place is the definition of "hit or miss". I have been here 3 times, ordered the same thing (tofu pad thai) all 3 times, and have had 3 very different experiences each time. The first was just okay, but it was convenient enough, I wanted to try it again. The second time was AMAZING! Definitely some of the best pad thai in the area, it was crazy good. Smoky, savory, the perfect balance with the lime, I could not have been happier. The third time it was just sad, mushy and flavorless. I plan to return and chase the 2nd visit dragon, because it was really that good, but my most recent visit was incredibly disappointing.

I’m leaving three stars with the hope to see improvement! Used to come here all the time but we don’t like the taste in the food since the new management. I will say the service is awesome and the servers are really cool. Looking forward to giving it another chance in the future.
Nou Thai offers great food, awesome service, and a relaxed atmosphere. The dishes are full of flavor, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is perfect for a laid-back meal. Highly recommended for a delightful Thai dining experience!

Wow. just. Wow. Today was my first time trying out this Thai restaurant and I was absolutely blown away. I ordered a Chicken Pad See Ew level 2, and this has got to be the best thing I have ever tasted. I will definitely be coming back. The lady who rang me out was so kind as I told her it was my first time. Reasonable price. Beautiful and clean.

Parking: We had a great Labor Day lunch at Nou Thai Restaurant. It's a cozy spot with a welcoming atmosphere. As a vegetarian, I loved their Pad Thai with tofu, and my husband enjoyed the Rama garden. We opted for a spice level of 2, which was just right. There's plenty of street parking nearby.
