This great local food truck has quickly grown into becoming one of my favorite places to eat. The beef/lamb shawarma is one of the best single things to eat in Olympia, with tons of flavor and depth, and the seasoned potatoes are delicious. The pita is fluffy and good, and the hummus is excellent, as well. Always get some garlic sauce and hot sauce on side. Small menu but everything is excellent.

One of the best shawarmas I've had!! You know food is good when the garlic sauce is on point! Loved every bit of it! Ordered the shish kabob as well! Pita was so soft and fresh as well. Hummus and falafel was amazing as well and I don't usually like falafel!

Came here just before sunset in late September so it was a bit cold and there was nothing going on in the area since it was way after the farmer's market. It would be cool if they had music playing so you could tell they were open because it was so quiet, we thought they were closed, but the homeless looking guy sitting on one of the benches popped into the truck and took our order, lol. We ordered the beef hummus plate and the beef shawerma platter and both were so good. They had a couple of bench tables in front and more in the area, but it was really cold so we ate our food and go. Can't wait to try this place during the day when we can really enjoy the vibe.

Above and beyond any expectation that I had. I've been told that this place is only going to be here for another month before they move on to bigger and better things. The only thing I can say is that I can't believe I didn't try it sooner and hype it up as much as possible so it might have been equitable to remain in Olympia.

Im a huge Baklava fan and dropped by to try a piece for dessert. Was close to $5 per piece. I'd gladly pay that for a quality piece that's an average size. Unfortunately, the portion was about 1/4 the size of a slice of bread, can literally finish it in two normal bites. That's 1st strike.2nd strike is the appearance. It's just covered in plastic wrap like left overs.3rd strike, and most crucial, it was as hard as a rock! Was so dry the top and bottom come apart because their was zero moisture to hold it all together. Sorry to say but the Baklava was terrible. Wasn't worth 50 cents, let alone $5, I felt gipped.Maybe the foods better, I didn't get to try it but the Baklava left such a bad taste in my mouth I'm not sure I could give them anymore of my money to try there food.
