I have had very good stakes in the past but tonight was a disaster. I ordered medium rare 6 oz. Sirloin it came so raw It was a cool.wet uncutable sponge. I sent it back. It came back better but so tough I could barely cut it and after five minutes of chewing a little piece I gave up.
We always sit in the bar and we always receive great service. I want to call out that Matt handled a really rude customer on 12/2/24 with calmness and kindness. There was a mixup regarding checks with the neighboring table and she had her salad comped, but she didn't understand why. He explained multiple times (who complains that their meal is being comped???!) until he finally said he needed to keep moving to help other diners, and her dining partner actually raised her voice...read full review
