The ribeye steak was dry and a bit burnt-out. The carrots that came with the steak looked more like chips.

I love this place that almost all the time I come here last time I went, waiting room was empty, pretty unusual cause a lot of times it’s filled with people so it takes a long time to wait, one time I ate deep fried mushrooms and a coke and I swallowed the mushroom wrong so it made my throat or maybe nose sting so I drank some coke and it helped it’s not anybody else’s fault just I swallowed the mushroom wrong

Kid-friendliness: There’s a kids menu, you can get deserts and foods on the kids menu,

I have had very good stakes in the past but tonight was a disaster. I ordered medium rare 6 oz. Sirloin it came so raw It was a cool.wet uncutable sponge. I sent it back. It came back better but so tough I could barely cut it and after five minutes of chewing a little piece I gave up.

Atmosphäre started tipping after the waitress kept ignoring us sitting 1 hour 20 min waiting for food after seeing other people had being placed after us and all had there food already.
Food came and was cold . That’s the second time we have that experience….

The restaurant was fairly empty too so no reason for food to be cold and waiting time 1hour 20 min ….

this is the first time we were here in the evening - it was horrible! hubby had a cobb salad - which came out right away - however the chopped steak arrived without gravy and had a bunch of onions - broccoli was cold and the brussel sprouts were not even close to the ones that are served when they open in the morning and they were served as an after thought - nobody cares about there job either

Service was 5 stars. This was my first time at an Outback. Drinks were well priced and good. Blooming Onion (main reason we came) was burned. Tasted BAD. Ceasar Salad was fantastic. Best thing we had. Steak was Meh but shrimp were good but served on bread (why) and made the bread soggy and nasty. Pasta was good but steak was over cooked.
Meal with tip was $100. Not worth the value. The service and atmosphere was great but food was a major let down

Took my lovely wife of 30 years to lunch on Valentine's day. Our server "Shoshanah" was extremely friendly and courteous. She greeted us with a friendly attitude and was very efficient. She made our experience perfect! We'll be back!

You should know they don't take actual resevations, so when you show up for your husbands 40th birthday prepared at a time you discussed that it won't be honored. Call the day of to get put on the "call ahead" list that gets you (hopefully) half the wait time.

I called over a week ago to make a reservation (See above) and also reminded them when we arrived that it was my husbands 40th birthday and they did nothing for the occassion. We weren't even offered dessert. We waited for over 30 minutes (were told 15 at 5:55). We ordered our food (2 steaks with potatoes, 1 ahi tuna, and 2 kids meals) when we ordered our drinks and got our food at 8:05. The other two tables next to us ordered at the same time and ate and left before our food came.
We waited but had to ask for the check and they offered to just take our card, which we declined and asked for the bill instead.
The manager was very apologetic and discounted our bill but more importantly listened to our feedback.

The good part: The steak was absolutely perfect

Get an offer in the email, but then they're like. Oh, we don't do those. Those are corporate office. But we have something similar. Then the waitress. show me a printout for $18, but then everything else on there. Like cheesecake, a salad was nickel and diamond. You so the meal that was supposed to be $18 became $27. I didn't like that.
Order a fried chicken good size. It was delicious. What's prize I made it into a salad. I ordered the bluming onion.
It was delicious.
Enjoyed the meal.
The other person with me. Order a cheeseburger meal. She said the mayonnaise was old.
It was cheaper
Didn't see the waitress very often. She was very busy, she was nice.
It was a little loud inside the restaurant. Then that, it was all good. bathroom was clean.
It can get a little crowded there
Other than that all it was good
Spend a hundred and ten dollars, not my ideal, but it is what it is.
