Very slow, front workers were nice and gave me a drink while I waited. Didn’t even give sauce for the teriyaki chicken I had to wait 15 minutes for.

Jeydi was the worst and most unprofessional worker at this restaurant she was in a really bad mood not even trying to smile at the customers I’m surprised she was even able become a manager while being this unprofessional she also not only managed to mess up my order but she was also really slow at serving

I love the food and atmosphere here, but when I order my food. The server said it will be a will for fresh noodles. And I went and sat down the cashier tried to get me to pay early and I told her I rather pay when it's done. She gave my an aggravating look and threw my plate to the side aggressively, her name was zinna. And once my meal was ready she told me with an loud an aggressive voice "Can you please come pay".

The food is great but every time i order a orange chicken bowl with chow mein they put like 5 pieces of chicken in there then the rest is chow mein, and they do it every time GIVE ME MORE CHICKEN I WANT CHICKEN MORE PLEASE It makes me so utterly mad because it’s lowkey a waste of money??‍↕️?

The staff is extremely rude.
This location is also more expensive than the stand alone locations. Won’t be back, mainly due to the rudeness of the staff.

After getting glared at by the employee that was at the pickup counter she walked away to help other people instead of asking me if I was there for the order that was ready sitting behind her. I got to wait a good 5 minutes before the other employee that was doing most of the work came over and asked me if I was here for a pickup. Pretty terrible experience considering it's supposed to be a friendly atmosphere here

The place seems quite small, compared to other Panda Express locations. Guy behind the counter was not really experienced or just being thrifty about the food portions.
Boxes were barely filled, and biggest box of chow mein was a bit more than half filled.
Just check your food handed to you before you head out.

Save your money if your ordering delivery through apps. I didn't buy the food, but they sure are rude if you ask them to remake something. Sorry to everyone who ever ordered here. That's just pathetic customer service at best. Trosper Panda is 10000000x better. Any Panda is actually.

My bad experience started with me asking if they honor a military discount. Galasio, one of the managers made a stink over if I was military or not questioning if I was in fact in the military for a $1 discount. Most of the staff here is friendly most of the time however this manager does not fare well with customers and is stand offish rather than friendly. Normally I like going here just not when Galasio the manager is working. I would have rather not asked if I was going to have my service questioned as such.

i went for an online pick up order on february 17th at around 3:12pm and the man was rude to me he argued with me about how to say my own name not professional at all and i was nothing but nice. not the first time i’ve encountered rude employees at this location.
