So much worse than the Lacey location, just got burnt tasting fried rice from very overcooked eggs and they are very inconsistent as well, just drive to Lacey.

Edit:they also forgot a side and I had to ask for it separately so I got a little less, could have got in the car without checking and wouldn’t have ever gotten it

I think Management needs to tell their employees (more specifically Marife P.) that Mall Employee Discount is for the WHOLE purchase. Not just on the food OR the drink. It's both, not one or the other.

I placed an online order for pickup around 6pm. When I went to pick it up, I was greeted rudely by Zinnia (seems like she's always in a bad mood and there's another review on here that mentions her poor attitude). I gave her my name for my pickup order and she turned around to grab my food and turned back, proceeded to slam it on the edge/counter while giving it to me. I even said Thank You and I don't think I was rude once and waited politely by the pickup area.
If you want to scare off customers from returning and spending money at your location, then you're doing a perfect job at it.

Ive been to more panda expresses then most humans on Earth and I have racked up more points at Panda than anyone I know.
The staff is rude and in my opinion they all need training or just a whole new staff

It used to be my favorite panda express, but when the priority is put on the call in orders and the walk in customer gets the left over scraps I think maybe it's time to spend my money somewhere else.

I made a catering order 24 hours in advance and when I arrived to pick it up it was 20 minutes late. However, no one cares that Panda was late, it’s the guy who brings it late who they get mad at. I show up to my event only to find out that Panda supplied me with utensils but NO plates. So I had to leave, get plates from Fred Meyer and come back, only to delay lunch even more. I’ve always had a great experience with Panda but y’all at the mall in Olympia need to get your act together. Do better.

We left a phone on the counter by accident. When we came back to get it we asked if they had it and they claimed they didn’t. We then had it ring through Apple Watch and they had it under the register.

I am extremely frustrated. I received my order 6/11 approximately 12:00 PM and it had a wire from a cleaning wires brush in my food . completely unsanitary and disgusting. i reached out to panda support and it’s been almost a week and it seems like they are ignoring my email and requests for a response back . it is completely unprofessional to avoid customer because of issues that had . i have two kiddos and if i had not noticed they could’ve eaten it or choked on it as they are young 1 and 2 . i’m very disappointed in the lack of communication on pandas end as well as the cleanliness and attention to detail for the restraunt staff. I have reported them to health department as they don’t want to fix the problem but ignore their customers

I got food here yesterday. It is the only thing I ate yesterday. I woke up with severe pain and un able to stand up straight. I got food poisoning and I believe it was from the chow main as something seemed off about it but I thought it was just me. I am in real pain
