Absolutely splendid. I frequent this location. Staff is knowledgeable in the products available. Lobby & seating area are always spotless. Even during rush times they conduct themselves in a smooth professional manner. These are hard working Americans. I will make purchases there again.

MC n cheese 2thumbs DOWN, taste more like white sauce. Bacon n Basil was the worst, not a crispy bacon n atop of it, NO BASIL taste at all....NO BASIL but only few Spring Leaves. The only thing is good this place is BREAD.....other cuisines are joke.

Well....It's food. It's not bad....but it's not good either. Service is what you'd expect from a low wage gig. Can't blame em for not giving a shit when their jobs don't pay rent. But they served me hot food. Be it mediocre food. What it absolutely is...is fantastically overpriced. Fairly certain the Mac n chz is Pasta-Roni. Like actual $1.00 a box White cheddar powdered cheese packet Pasta-Roni. Only it's $10....FOR A *CUP*. A side portion is $10. Panera....Y'all be out yo damm minds.
The yoghurt cup is for size reference. That be small AF yo

Panera is so good! I wish there were more locations more south! Was the only one in the drive thru around lunch time and it went quick! I was supposed to see a whole sandwich as I ordered a turkey bravo half with Mac n cheese. I didn't check the receipt but it was well worth the price. The sandwich was stuffed full of turkey, bacon and toppings. Also ordered French onion soup and it seems they stopped putting the layer of cheese on top the last few times. Will definitely be back
Very crowded. And we ordered coffee with our lunch, that did not arrive with it. My son had to wait in line again to remind the staff of this missed item. Another issue was my son ordered his bowl of soup in a bread bowl. He was served very little soup. I had a cup of soup and got twice as much as him.

I am beyond disappointed with this Panera. I ordered this morning because I have a dentists appointment, which causes me great anxiety, and we thought it would be a nice treat to start the day. I had a reward from my last order, because this store missed an item. This morning, my order was supposed to arrive at 6:20. Not only was it half an hour late, causing me to only have enough time to grab the bag and go, rather than enjoying before my appointment, it is yet again missing an item. The chocolate croissant, which was the item I was most looking forward to, is not in my bag. This is the second straight time this store has missed an item--and they have done it several times before that, in fact. I am not placing large orders, the items are straightforward, I don't understand why this keeps happening. I spent hard earned money thinking they would get this order right. They failed.
