Your menu board is in too small a font for old people to read, and you do not have paper menus. I had to bring up your menu on my phone to order. You lose stars for an accessibility issue.

Pulled up at 10am on Saturday in a 2 car line. Took about 10 minutes to wait in line, then another 15 minutes to wait in the parking lot for eggs. 25 minutes so far to cook up some eggs for 2 cars is ridiculous. I’m still here.. over priced and just lazy of the staff to assume there wouldn’t be any breakfast orders in the next hour.

I hadn’t been to any Panera Bread in a long time because I usually found the plates, utensils, and store to be dirty. But this Panera was the cleanest I’ve seen so far, and the staff were friendly.

They messed up my order forgetting cream cheese and when I questioned they looked at me like a I made the error. Jerked the ticket out of machine to see I was wrong. They she saw her error , ohh my bad, response. I may be old but not stupid……

I just left Panera bread and got home and the guy missed one of our sandwiches I hate when this happens this is the second time they messed up
We waited in the drive through for a while, then the mac n cheese was really watery. We asked them to remake it and it was the exact same amount of watery. They only gave us 2 baguettes and 2 spoons even though we got 3 of the same meal. I wouldn’t recommend this Panera unfortunately.

2md review they didnt even come up to the windows at 5 min til to take are order...what is there deal they don't want money i guess 1st review This is the 4th time in drive through they mess up my order. To be honest I really am making a review becuase i like to see the drive through status improve. From now on i will wait in the line and let them know if they did it wrong. It's really a inconvenience to people especially if they are in a hurry.
I also have never gotten a mailed coupon for any of there mistakes it's a poor service and seems that management is slacking on that

The food is always good. We get the two choice, my wife got salad and a half sandwich, and I got broccoli cheddar soup and half sandwich. We ate after the lunch rush, but still had a long wait to get our food.
