My autistic 11yo was having a huge tantrum, so we ran late for our pickup. TBH I was pretty frazzled and lost track of the time. I got a call about 10 min till close as a reminder. We were 15 minutes away! They stayed open for me to get our food after close. The man that gave us our food was very kind and friendly and our food is delicious. I appreciate this location for their quality of food and customer service. They cut me a break when I was having a terrible day. Thursday, April 4 905pm

We ordered the chicken avocado sandwiches, and they were good. I was offered to use the kiosk, but I told the 1st guy I didn't like using them. As we were trying to decide what we wanted, another employee suggested I use the kiosk. I told him I had already told a different employee I didn't like using them. He overreacted like I had yelled at him, and he had to walk in the back of the store.

I like picking up salads from Panera. Very easy prices to order on the app and pick up.
After checking the reviews over the past year, it appears the long wait times and the dirty environment have continued into being systematic issues. At this point, filthy walkins, expired sauces and long drive thru wait times are indicative of checked out owners not spot checking their investment, a store manager failing to be a good steward of the owners investment, and subordinate managers being poorly developed and led.Panera's fastfood plus. It's comparatively "healthier" with a social image somewhere between McDonalds and Outback. It's audience have higher expectations for it than for Tacobell or Sonic. Those establishments can serve slop because it's at slop prices. Panera cannot. My impression from working at this store over a year ago is this. The owners are in their golden years and checked out. The current store manager runs it well enough to survive but far below it's potential. She despised having a drive thru and it shows. Leaving the store run by a glorified front-end manager. The culture is free roaming. There is very little direct command and accountability within the store, kitchens or shifts. I recall one manager telling me "If they don't listen, they don't listen, nothing I can do" in regards to an hourly employee. It's an odd highschool-like environment with adult managers roleplaying as the cool kids. Very odd and inconsistent. It also makes every day tasks way more difficult than it needs to be and the quality suffers because of it. Flip through the recent reviews and see for yourself. In the entire time I worked there, the departments which had their head screwed on right, was catering and bakery. Mostly because catering was empowered/owned by an intelligent hard working individual and bakery was owned an actual passionate baker. While the Front-End and Drive Thru departments, more diverse general task departments, had ghost managers and lord of the flies leadership structures. A real shame.

Overpriced and over hyped. Everything tasted fine although my sandwich very bready with small portions. Biggest culprit the 7 dollar mac n cheese which consisted if 4 or 5 bites. Do better Panera a meal shouldn't cost 38$ and not fill 2 people up.

Person at drive-thru window at 3:11 p.m. on Sunday 2/11. Had a dismissive attitude... Barked, "at the window" when I tried to give my sip club number like I do at every other location.... Why is this location different?

Very, very disappointed. The Panera $1 soup advertised was not given even though we showed the cashier the Panera Ad. She said that the $1 soup was not for the Olympia store, HUMBUG! We ordered 3 meals and the soup was full price not $1.I am a brand new member and I am not a happy customer. I will tell my friends not to eat here again. Compensation is requested on my online account to resolve this issue.Regrets,Carole AppleFALSE AdvertisingVegetarian options: I had a tuna sandwich with French Onion Soup, my friends ordered other menu items.
