It was cool, great customer service is called in for my order i said I wanted marinara/pizza sauce as the sauce and BBQ drizzled on the pizza i asked probably like 5 times in the phone and still BBQ was stge sauce 🙄

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and always exceed every expectation. If you crave better ingredients and better pizza, Tumwater Papa Johns is the place for you.

When the delivery driver came to pick up the fee, I accidentally gave him the money for another order with another company. Totally my fault. I talked to the door dash driver and he said he'd call the company. I called Papa John's and basically all the Mgr said is I'd have to call Door Dash after I told him several times they seem to be unavailable. He said the Door Dash guy would return my order. I mistakenly gave the money to Uber driver for a Safeway delivery and have been unable to get a hold of him either. I'm not trying to get out of what I owe. I just want to be sure the mo ey goes where it is owed. Can someone help me?

The store manager Shawn Katz is extremely abusive to his customers and his employees. I have personally witnessed this. My favorite closing manager Nancy quit because he was so verbally abusive to her, I've witnessed him abuse minor employees, and in the almost 3 years Shawn has been at this store nothing has changed. You can not run a business this way. And if the owner does not respond to this review and do something about this, I'll be contacting corporate. Than labor and industries to let them know about how Shawn violates child labor laws and than I'll add an extra cherry on top amd file a complaint with the BBB

These guys rule. The owner manager cares about his crew and customers. Had nothing but wonderful service at this place.

This place is awesome. They forgot our extra sauce once and they comped us a free pizza. Another time I placed the order wrong and they made us a fresh pizza how we wanted it. No extra charge. The manager is awesome. Thanks guys.

Probably the worst papa John’s I’ve went to yet. I went around 11am, there was one person there and he stood at the register for 5 minutes doing… something, I have no idea what was going on. When I got my pizza the dough was completely raw and stuck to the box. Do not recommend this store.
