Large portions, fresh veggie inclusions, and piping hot pho broth. Choice of 3 toppings per regular price bowl of pho - a great deal. Or order the special pho with many toppings for only a little more. I eat here for both the value and consistent service.
Don’t let the drab exterior fool you, Interior is dated but clean. However, The food is pretty darn good! The Special Combination pho is very delicious, protein serving is good not skimpy like some nearby places, noodles are cooked just right and broth is very flavorful. Service is great!
I love eating here, I eat here twice a week and bring friends when I can. They care about the food they prepare and are absolutely wonderful people. Quiet, cozy, and delicious.
I ordered the special pho,but the rice noodles inside are all broken—short pieces that look a bit like the leftover bits at the bottom of the pot. Is this normal?
Great phõ. More meats than any other place I've tried on the Olympia area, and tasty broth. Quiet and clean with very friendly service
So, so good, and deserves more attention.
This being my 1st time ordering here, I would say my experience was very pleasant and satisfying. I ordered 2 Ban Mi-1 grilled pork/ 1 veg. bbq pork, along with a very tasty Vietnamese iced coffee to take out. While I waited, I went next door to their Asian store and bought some awesome asian pantry staples. After about 15 mins., I checked in and my order was ready. Though I decided to takeout, rather than dining in, I sat down to enjoy my Ban Mi while they were fresh, and was not disappointed. As expected, their sandwiches where full of flavor, had that oh-so delicious umami flavor and were very fresh. The French bread was toasty on the outside, soft in the middle, and had all the ingredients I was already familiar with from other experiences having Ban Mi at other Vietnamese restaurants. I should also highlight how sweet the lady was who took my order and was generous enough to bring me a glass of water, even without me asking. All-in-all, I would highly recommend this Vietnamese restaurant to anyone from out of town or even locals in the area. I would say this is one of Olympias little Vietnamese secrets. Thats pho-sho!! ;) Check em out y'all! You won't be dissatisfied or disappointed!
THANKS AGAIN (((PHO CAPITOL))) until next time! 😀
I love coming here. But the last 2 times I came, I open up my Rangoon's and the sauce is everywhere. This time it drenched EVERYTHING in the To Go bag. It’s honestly unacceptable for this to happen so often. I live less than 2 miles away so it’s not like I’m doing any sort of off roading here. Probably will not be coming here anymore because my meal is a MESS everytime I open it up.
Restaurantji Recommends
Have come here twice now, just for Bahn mi, and they're so good! And I love the little Asian market attached. I can't get good Asian ingredients in Aberdeen, not even thai basil, and I make alot of Asian dishes. So I'll be adding this place to my monthly trip to Oly to hit winco and costco. Finish my shopping and get some yummy lunch too! I need to try the pho next
This is officially my favourite place for Pho, Tom Yum, and Wanton soup. They’re all so incredible. I especially love the variety and quantity of fresh veggies in the Tom Yum. I have also tried the Pad Thai, it was a great big portion, would also recommend that. They always give a complimentary hot tea, and the service is always very polite! Very casual ambiance, perfect for a casual date or even for going solo. Great prices too!
The food at this place is amazingly good and very authentic. It’s the most less expensive than most Vietnamese restaurants places around the area. Plus they owned an Asian supermarket next door as well. I highly recommended.
The Banh Mi are amazing! We also enjoyed the chicken fried rice!
AMAZING! BEST STEAMED BBQ PORK BUNS (HUMBAO) IN TOWN!!!!
