The Trekking Pawns here! Lovely casual place to get your fix! Was so hungry we forgot to take pictures before hand. Got the pho dat biec and egg rolls. The food was good, but seems like it may cater to the area, the spices were toned down just a little, which is fine. What I do love is that even thought durian smoothie was not on the menu, they were willing to make it for me with real frozen durian (earned the 5 star!). I was so happy! The family that runs it also runs the grocery...

It's a hot July day, we went to the Asian market connected to it and decided to stop in for a quick bite. I got the grilled chicken banh mi and 2 springs rolls,the chicken was delicious and flavorful. The spring rolls were the best I have ever had, you could taste every ingredient and you can tell they were fresh. 10/10 recommend.

For too long I made the mistake of passing this place by, which is foolish, because you know a Southeast Asian restaurant attached to a Southeast Asian market is going to be top notch for freshness and authenticity. Other reviewers have recommended their pho and banh mi and they’re not wrong. The papaya salad is also very good. While you’re at it, order the rest of the menu. (The lady working the register was kind enough to advise on portion sizes so I didn’t over-order.)
