Restaurant is pretty clean, spacious, and has a decent atmosphere. I ordered the #15, regular size. The Pho’s broth was definitely above average. Flavorful and rich. The let down was the amount of meat, tripe, and tendon (or lack thereof).. there was one tiny piece of tendon for the bowl, and one little strip of tripe. Definitely the lowest amounts I’ve gotten ever from a Pho spot. Besides that, it wasn’t bad.

I actually like the inside of this place better than the one in Lacey bc of its size. Its attached to Happy Lemon. It took a bit to seat my son and I. The service was ok, but people didn't seem to enjoy their job. Happy Lemon, didn't ask me if I wanted sugar, so make sure if you get a drink to specify or it will be super sweet. The chicken nuggets were clumped together. I would try again. Maybe we went in at a weird time.
Vermicelli noodles bowl was sweet, sauce tasted like straight rice vinegar, super fatty pork, and sketchy bean sprouts. Too bright and too many TVs.

So I have been here several times and I have always thought it is just a step above taste and flavor and portion-wise what you would expect for a place of this price. Then today I finally tried the Number 27, the Vietnamese Stew and it prompted me to finally write a yelp review about this great restaurant. The pho here is truly top notch, the fried rice is a large potion of rich and delicious meat and egg-full rice, and the Number 27 is kind of a perfect stew. The meat was honestly hands down the best done stew beef I've had and the broth was so rich and delectable. The service is almost always quick and efficient. The ambience is great, tables are spread out with tvs showing different channels (pick a channel you like to face!) and it hasn't gotten too busy or loud when I've been there. And they give you a small bowl of broth with a fried rice. Definitely go here.

These guys are great here and the hawks prairie shop. Service is always friendly and nice. Walked in starved after class 10 minuted till close. They took my order to go no problem anf with a smile. I was out by 8:59. They were fast but friendly. Happy Lemon, the bubble tea attachef did not though, however, so I bought vietnamese coffee from Pho Hoa. Yum! Their food is always delicious.
Once I got to the bottom of my bowl there was a hair in it. No big deal it can happen. Then I go to pay and she tells me all we can do is 20% off. I said I am not paying for a bowl of pho with hair in it. Then after they finally voided the meal I wasn’t allowed to use my rewards for a free pho. Avoid this place. Awful staff.
