I returned 3 IPA growlers and placed them on the closest table to the bar, close to other growler bottles. When the waitress comes over initially she immediately starts reprimanding me for improper placement of my returns. Next she took order then asked if I wanted all three filled….. I mentioned that I was returning them….again exasperation with me, stating that they don’t take returns and or credits….that the bottles I bought in would be put in garbage. Next I decided to get 1 of the growlers with the beer I had for lunch. Now the fun part, she grabs one of my returns which by the way had some beer still inside, she doesn’t wash the container, she immediately fills up 2 year old container with fresh beer. When I asked her why she didn’t flush and fill…. The reply….its not my job it’s yours! I was flabbergasted, as that was their policy for yrs until now!!!! Then her attitude was very sharp, rude and condescending. Ram, love your bar. Your staff not so much!!!Horrific!

I called for a to go order and was forgotten on hold for over nine minutes. When I got there, I ordered food. It took 40 minutes before I reminded the hostess. She forgot my order and i watched her dump it in a To-Go Box and bring it to me… Horrible experience. I left and got mexican food across the street

First time here, was getting irritated by the wait, trust me worth the wait! OMG the BEST! My new favorite place! The service, exceptional! Food, exceptional!

Parking: There is a large area to park, trust me if you need to walk more, it's totally worth it!

Liked our visit. Salmon was just OK, but side of potatoes were way too salty to enjoy. Thankfully they brought some broccoli to replace it. Burger was great! All a bit over priced for the food and location...

The RAM Lacey is hard to beat after work on a weekday. We like the happy hour specials, good food selection, very good beer/rotations and generally have had great service at reasonable prices. We are vegetarian and find several things to enjoy besides the great smelling burgers, etc.
This is our 'Cheers.'

Vegetarian options: Nachos, pizza, Mac, cauliflower 'wings', pickle chips, salad are just a few things we like to get. Really miss the artichoke dip and vegetarian tacos!

Kid-friendliness: Often see families in the restaurant section with children of all ages.

Wheelchair accessibility: One floor establishment with no steps inside.
