I will start this review by saying I have gone there for over 10 years…. Yesterday was the worst meal I’ve had there. Got a pound of meat and most of it was fatty bits that my father in law couldn’t or wouldn’t eat. They never said sorry, they just took the half full plate with a shrug. All of our (5 of us with 1 to go item) meats had fat (EXCESSIVE) to the point it wasn’t even good bbq. Dont even ask me about the crap buns… almost like they soaked in water it was so sticky and wet for a ‘toasted’ bun… the to go box once opened up at home was mostly fat bits with small bits of meat. The bbq sauce is off…. The coleslaw not right. The staff seemed to not care. Even with the return of a mostly uneaten plate. The to go box was eaten an hourr after ordering and the bag and box It was packeded in was dripping, i kid you not, in grease. I use to love this place…. However something has changed… think I saw the owner isn’t in state anymore? Anyway no I do not recommend this place anymore. It’s expensive, a far drive and all around not worth it anymore.

It has to be good for the place to be always busy.

Nice place. But crappy old food. Went a Sunday. Everything was days old dry no flavor. Wrote the owner to help with the lack of quality and no response. Sad:(

Staff was very friendly and attentive. The potato salad & baked beans were delicious! A must have when you go. The pulled pork was yummy and their bbq sauce is delicious

Best meal I have had in all of greater Olympia. Friendly service. Beautiful location (can't wait to try the patio when it warms up). Best BBQ in all of Washington. Wonder sides and desserts. 10/10 - incredible.

Small place to get superior BBQ. Brisket and pork are amazing! Chili is really yummy. Tater salad was not my taste. Cornbread was good but kinda hard.

We had a blast for Mom's birthday dinner, laughing with Gavin our server! I decided on the brisket sandwich, with baked beans and coleslaw. The Brisket was very smokey and flavorful. The baked beans were good too. Overall topping it off with a sundae on a Wednesday. Everyone's serving sizes were large and filling. Definitely going back again to try other menu items!

Wheelchair accessibility: My mother is in a scooter and had no problems from her mobility van to the table.
