Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I brought a large group (17) here with warning. My students had a great time, food arrived very quickly, and service was amazing. (It helped we arrived at 8pm, but my points still stand.)

I go to Red Robin in my home town and it’s amazing, so I was excited to see they had a Red Robin here. However, this Red Robin would’ve made me never try another Red Robin again. Our server Sam was horrible. She took our order and we never seen her again until 20mins after we were already eating. Our food took over an hr to come out and when it did come out you could tell it was left sitting in the heat lamp for a long time. The sesame seeds on the bun had a burnt flavor and half of it I couldn’t eat because the bun was too hard. Then my daughter’s pizza was just charcoal so of course she wouldn’t touch it. I had to ask two other servers for silverware and a side of ranch because my server was non existent. I will never come back here and I don’t recommend coming here. This location was such a disappointment.

Food was great (minus our salad unfortunately), service was great Junior our server was solid but we not entirely sure serving was the job he applied for. However the music was deplorable. It was either The Worst Country You’ve Ever Heard or Revolting Christmas Music That Would Make Great Grandma Curse This Modern Age.

Food came quickly though! :-)

I just left Red Robin with an order I placed to go.. total bill-$54.00. Had one glass of wine while waiting for my order of crispy chicken salad and combo of fried shrimp and bbq chicken breast. The only thing good from it all?... the wine and the fries. The shrimp and the chicken for the salad were cooked so much and so hard, we literally could not eat them! They used to be such a great place to eat, but not now. So sad!

The food is great and the service was fast . Went on a week day after 7 and it was amazing

Decent food

First time in years, my onion rings were burnt, they brought the wrong side, and when they brought the correct side, it was small and cold.

My favorite thing about this restaurant is that I can get an Oreo cookie malt here. It’s almost impossible to find a place that serves malts! My next favorite is the veggie burgers—the kind made with ancient grains (as opposed to Impossible Burgers). But the prices here are outrageous; tonight my husband and I paid $57 for two burgers and a shake!!! I don’t think I’ll be able to afford this again; I may come back someday for a malt, but the burgers—while yummy—would have to be twice as big to be worth $17 each!

Girlfriend said we need to go there. Never really tried it before. It was pretty decent. I liked the burger I got. It was one of the better burgers I've ever have had.
