Ordered 6 burgers.delivered on time but cold .. microwave was help..definitely not satisfied

Service was great, food came fast but the burger just wasn't as flavorful as I was hoping. I got the Jalapeno Heatwave and it wasn't hot and was kinda boring. Sad cuz I love me some jalapeno heat!

Red Robin in Thurston County is a disgrace—an overpriced, unsanitary dump that treats customers, especially disabled ones, like a burden. The staff moves at a glacial pace, ignoring accessibility issues while pretending they care. Need accommodations? Good luck. They’ll shove you into the most inconvenient spot and act like you’re the problem. The food is just as bad—microwaved slop drowning in grease, loaded with preservatives, and tasting like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The floors are sticky, the service is nonexistent, and management clearly doesn’t give a damn. It’s a joke of a restaurant that deserves to go under.

Nothing wrong with some Red Robin. Good food and great service. The wings are great and the steak fries are on point.

Food was bad service was bad. Don't ever go there with the wheel chair. They don't like to accommodate and move cables around to accommodate a wheelchair. The food tasted like crap. I will never go again

Publicly firing an AuDHD employee in front of employees and diners is completely unprofessional and a bad look for the company.

So I went here on my birthday a few days ago. According to the internet and also their website and other advertising that they offer this great free burger for your birthday. I don't usually like to complain but it was awful. Idk if they may have been short staffed. However, after telling them it was my birthday. No one acknowledged that nor did I get the birthday cake or burger whatever it is they give you. I absolutely love red robin. But this trip was severely disappointing.

Everything was fine at my local Red Robin’s but there’s this really rude worker I asked one of her co workers what her name is and they told me there known for having a nasty attitude witch I don’t understand why she’s still employed Aaliyah absolutely should not be working at your guys establishment

My wife is allergic to garlic and onion and when she takes our son to Red Robin all she can eat is unseasoned fries. On a whim, she asked a server if there was anyway they could just melt some cheese onto a burger bun. The kitchen refused, stating they were too busy to melt cheese onto a bun. Disappointing Red Robin, I shall not eat there again.

The bus station is probably cleaner. It's so dirty in here now and really run down. Toilets have 10 years of caulk rather than an actual fix.
Booths are ripped and I'm sure it's from guests. That doesn't mean you leave it for years. I think our first round of fries that came with the burgers had about 5-7 each plate. So on top of the stale smell from the carpet and building you get no food. It's a known fact you'll get no peace as this is a Happy Birthday restaurant we're it breaks out every 5 or so minutes.
We've moved on to other local restaurants forget this mediocre burger lack of service and dirty place

I was not impressed with Olmpias restaurant. Frys were not hot, the server was too busy to serve us. I don't recommend this establishment.
