Best BBQ sandwich I’ve had in WA state. The Cubano blows everything I’ve ever had out of the water. The combination of flavors is amazing and feels like something you’ve never had before which made me happy. Ask for extra napkins because they don’t hold back. Sandwiches are huge and worth every penny. The guy working there also checked in to see how we liked it and was very helpful and seemed to genuinely care about the business.
Ate at food truck in Belfair. Certain it was from this business. Ordered 1/2lb smoked brisket, side of beans, side of chipotle coleslaw, 30$ after tip, typical price for BBQ. The brisket was sliced, not chopped, which I prefer so happy about that. The brisket was tender and juicy, good smoke ring, no sauce necessary good flavor, a solid brisket. Great food and excellent service. I had a graduation party for my daughter with 60 guests and everyone loved the food. Pulled pork sandwiches were amazing and the mac and cheese was a huge hit. The baked beans were fantastic along with the chicken quarters.
