I was in line to order a drink and the barista took the lady’s order in front of me and put a closed sign on her register when it was my turn. I walked away but then realized it was only 6:40pm and they close at 7pm. I went back and the barista advised they were closed. I asked what time they closed and she said “7 but I have to leave early”… um what? Alright? Short Asian girl but didn’t catch her name. 10/21/22

Rudest group of Starbucks employees. Kara was by far the rudest and nastiest window CSR I've encountered. Also, the matcha drink taste like milk and the Trenta pink drink we asked for with light ice had only 3 cubes of ice. It was like the visit was purposely made to be unpleasant with Kara rudeness and the employees making our drinks subpar. All this was due to us asking for separate orders for our drinks. They also did accommodate us then wanted to rudely tell me how they won't do it again. She said it was due to policy they couldn't accommodate us in future. All would have been fine if it wasn't due to her tone and lack of effort from the staff at making the drinks at a attempt to get back to us for just asking for separate orders. Although, I've never had this problem before with any of the other locations. Good luck to anyone else trying to have a good Starbucks experience at this location. I hope the experience isn't as unpleasant.

The drive thru delivers good service. I rarely go inside, lots of computer outlets tho. Tables and chairs outside to do interviews or visit.

The service is fairly consistent at right around 60% accuracy over the past 8 years. Several instances of missing items in the drive through or incorrect orders. It does happen with other locations in the area, so it may be a regional management issue?

This is a great place to go. They make a good coffee and very friendly. It's easy to get to and well worth visiting.
I try not to go to Starbucks too often because I do like having some variety in my neighborhood and not have every store have a green Banner that says Starbucks on it, but I do have to say that I appreciate the bathrooms that they provide. They keep it clean so that I can use it with some happiness, and it makes me feel like I owe them a purchase healthy coffee, so I do get a coffee.
