Ho hum. Ordered 2 mochas but only got one so has to reorder the second one 😔. Since when does any Starbucks employee not know what Tepid is??? You started in with Venti & Grande size drinks. My server has no clue what I was talking about when I asked for my drink to be Tepid so I explained that it's about 130 degrees. Uff da! 🙄🤦♀️

New to town looking for odd jobs, and taking care of my kiddos. This has been a great Starbucks for me to start my day, and get my phone stuff done while drinking coffee. I noticed they have a good handed artist doing the specials. Thanks y'all cheers

Absolutely phenomenal service! I have to shout out John, who is hands down the most enthusiastic, joyful human being I’ve ever met in a drive-thru—anywhere! I literally get excited when I hear his voice come through the speaker because I know I'm about to laugh, smile, and have a better day because of it. The other day, he told me it was his birthday, so naturally, I sang to him right there in the drive-thru, and we both had the best time. It’s not just about the coffee anymore..it’s about the connection.
Whoever hired John: THANK YOU. You chose gold. His energy is infectious in the best way, and he truly makes my visits special. Everyone at this Starbucks has been so kind, welcoming, and upbeat, but John is the star that keeps me coming back.
I travel all over the country, and I’ve been to more Starbucks locations than I can count..but this one? My absolute favorite. Please give John a high five, a raise, and maybe a crown or a cape, because he deserves it!

Spanaway wa. We only went in here because we were running around getting stuff at Tractoe supply next door and we had to seriously go potty; and we were slightly hungry so we ventured in and obligated ourselves to buy some sandwiches for $5 /each in order to use the lavatory. The sandwiches were so_so. When we looked at the menue of stuff, it hasn't changed much in years.

So it's Saturday morning and I go to the Starbucks on Martin Way and when I order my coffee I accidentally said if I need a 20 oz caramel macchiato breve with three shots of coffee well wouldn't you think a barista would know that? A 20 oz is the same as a venti oh my God isn't that common knowledge. You know it's morning. I'm tired so I said 20 Oz but you would think they would understand that. That would be a venti So I wanted three shots because it's supposed to be a 20 oz. Anyway, she comes back and gives me a grande a 16 oz coffee with three shots of coffee so my coffee is terrible. I mean horrible because there's three shots in here and it's so strong because it's a grande and the gal didn't seem to put any flavoring in it. It doesn't taste like anything but super strong coffee. It is the worst coffee I've had from Starbucks I think and she took a long time to make it. So I thought man it's going to be good right? Wrong. I'm upset 😅 ugh So make sure if you go to the Martin Way Starbucks make sure you don't say a 20 oz because you'll get a 16 oz You need to tell your workers that if someone says a 20 oz By accident The baristas should know what that means vente 😅 😩
