I ordered a tall English Breakfast tea with ice “so it’s not so scalding hot”. The tea I received was scalding hot. While trying to hold it the lid popped off and scaling hot heat spilled on my hand and my leg. I went back to the store explained what happened and was given a new tea. I always ask for ice in my tea because it’s too hot to drink and sometimes hold. I want to drink my tea then not ten minutes later. I didn’t feel heard when I returned.

Baristas here are always hard at work. There is usually no line, due to the Starbucks in the parking lot, bit as that one is constantly closed this one picks up their business. And they usually do so without complaint. Fast and friendly in any circumstance.

I used to buy my coffee from Starbucks all the time, and it was great. Then I moved to Washington, and I was introduced to the many local coffee shops. Everything I knew about coffee changed with the introduction to a wider range of flavors and local selections using less sugar and better prices.

Night shift sometimes has issues but nothing major and I mean its starbucks of course its good hard to mess up. But small details can be missed some times.
ok so its friday afternoon and i am getting my grande no foam v. latte. i do this every day so i know how its going to be given to me. the two female employees say they cant make a latte with no foam ,and if they put more milk in it that will make more foam. so maybe its howards fault causing me to expect first class coffee and service. so i was not in the mood to be teamed up by these two on what they could not do,so i just left them so they could entertain them selves. GOOD JOB HOWARD I THINK I WILL TRY THIS NEW PLACE CALLED GRAVITY COFFEE.
